Sun-hat are extremely proud to welcome back 'The Beach Villa', a beautiful four bedroom beachfront property with a private pool and rooftop jacuzzi. Following extensive renovation works, this much loved villa has been transformed from a charming traditional home into a stylish and contemporary masterpiece. The interiors have been thoughtfully designed in calming neutral tones, creating a relaxed, luxurious and comfortable atmosphere throughout.

The location of this remarkable villa is truly hard to beat. Situated directly on the beach and close to the famous Vale do Lobo Praça, guests can enjoy the very best of coastal living. Wake up to the gentle sound of the waves, spend lazy days beside the pool, unwind in the rooftop jacuzzi, or stroll straight onto the golden sands from the poolside terrace and take a dip in the ocean.

Air conditioning throughout, and fibre optic Wi-Fi are included in the rental rates. Hairdryers, pool towels and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Living Areas

The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances you'll need during your stay including an integrated microwave, four electric hobs, an extractor, an electric oven & grill, a dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine plus a Bosch filter coffee percolator, a large fridge freezer and a smaller 2nd fridge, and a hand blender. The dining area & lounge are of an open plan design and comfortably furnished. The dining area includes a table with seating for eight people, from here patio doors open onto an internal courtyard, with stairs leading up to the roof terrace with absolutely stunning sea views.

The lounge is air conditioned and comfortably furnished with ample sofa seating, a large flat screen Smart TV showing a variety of international cable channels, & UK channels such as BBC, ITV & Sky Sports, plus Netflix, etc, plus a top of the range Marshall bluetooth speaker so you can stream your favourite music directly from your own smart device. From the lounge, patio doors lead to the covered dining terrace and poolside with beautiful beach and ocean views. The shower room of bedroom four also acts as the guest cloakroom.

The cupboard in the corridor to the lounge houses the safe, off this corridor is a small courtyard with an external

cupboard, this is the utility area where the washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board are kept.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a twin room with two 0.90m x 2.0m beds, a wardrobe, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail.

Bedroom two is a twin room with two 0.90m x 2.0m beds, a wardrobe, split unit air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with double vanity units and a heated towel rail.

Bedroom three is a double room with a 1.80m x 2.0m bed, fitted wardrobes, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing international channels including some English language channels, please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc, split unit air conditioning, and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail.

Bedroom four is a double room with a 1.80m x 2.0m bed, split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, a dressing area and an en suite shower room with a separate toilet which can also be used as the guest cloakroom.

Outside Space

The poolside terrace has direct access via the private gate to the sandy shores of Vale do Lobo beach and a pathway that leads directly to the Praca. The swimming pool measures approx. 8m x 4m and has steps for easy entry. The poolside terrace is furnished with eight sunbeds and two parasols if you prefer a little shade, this really is an incredible spot to relax and listen to the waves lapping on the shore. For the chefs in your party, cook all your al fresco meals on the gas BBQ, enjoying them on the outside dining table and chairs. Additionally, there is a further covered seating area with an outside sofa.

From the internal courtyard, step lead upto the roof terrace with stunning unspoilt views of the ocean and the coastline stretching all the way to Albufeira. This generously sized roof terrace is complete with a private jacuzzi (heating included in the rental rates) and is ideal for some private sunbathing or just relaxing with a glass of wine.

There is one private parking space at the property near the front door.

Location

The Beach Villa occupies a stunning frontline beach location and is literally a minute's walk from the Praca, which has a wide range of bars, restaurants and eateries and also family entertainment during the summer months. The prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo boasts two of the Algarve's finest championship golf courses, the Royal and the Ocean courses; and there is also the renowned tennis academy. A variety of sporting activities are available in the local area including horse riding.

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change and a weekly bathroom towel and bed linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers, and a safe are provided for your convenience.
