And for those guests who love the beaches, golf courses, horse riding, restaurants and facilities of the Algarve's Golden Triangle then Villa Regina benefits from a fabulous central location between the prestigious golf and coastal resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. Living Areas

The kitchen and lounge are open plan, and the kitchen is complete with a central island and six stools, four electric hobs with a central extractor, American style fridge freezer, two wine coolers, two electric ovens, microwave, toaster, Dulce gusto coffee machine, air fryer, dishwasher and patio doors opening onto the rear garden area complete with a table tennis table.

The lounge has a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a large flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), an Alexa and patio doors opening directly onto the garden and main pool area.

On the lower level of the villa you will find the bar and entertainment space and bathroom with utility room. This bathroom houses the washing machine & dryer in a large cupboard and there is a large walk-in shower unit. The bar & entertainment area are furnished with comfy sofa seating, a table football table and a large wall mounted flat screen TV. The bar is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, wine cooler, sink and an extra fridge & freezer. A door opens directly to the outside bar area with four stools.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level of the property you will find bedroom one which is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms two, three and four. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit a/c and patio doors to a small balcony with a table and two chairs. Bedroom three is a twin room with split unit a/c, a ceiling fan and split unit air conditioning. Both bedrooms two and three share the adjacent full bathroom with double vanities and a heated towel rail.

Bedroom four is the master double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit a/c, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing the same channels as the lounge (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc) and a en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the spacious roof terrace with comfy sofa seating and a large parasol.

Outside Space

The outside dining table has seating for eight people. There is a bar area with stool seating for three people; built-in Sonos speakers and comfy sofa and chair seating with a parasol providing shade on the hot summer days! The pool measures approximately 8m x 4m and has steps for entry (and can be heated for a weekly supplement). There is a manual pool cover to help retain the heat at night. Stairs lead up to the roof terrace which is furnished with sun loungers, comfy sofa seating and a parasol.

Location

Villa Regina is located on the Quinta Jacinta development, which is centrally situated between the prestigious golf resorts of Vale Do Lobo and Quinta do Lago and within easy access and a short driving distance from all the facilities and attractions that can be found in this stunning part of the Algarve. Some of the most beautiful beaches in the region are close by, as are a wide range of impressive and renowned restaurants which cater for all budgets and tastes. For sports enthusiasts, Quinta do Lago boasts the Campus sports centre, five championship golf courses, the driving range and golf academy; and Vale do Lobo houses the famous and picturesque Royal and Ocean golf courses- and also the famed Vale do Lobo tennis centre. Also very close by to Villa Phoenix you will find the fashionable Quinta Shopping and Bougainvillea Plaza, complete with designer boutiques, shops, supermarkets and eateries.
