A unique property, situated midway between the 15th and 16th hole of the Royal Golf Course, it is ideal for families or friends wanting a peaceful break with the beach and restaurants of the Praca just a short stroll away.

Originally two separate properties, plots 781 and 782, have been thoughtfully combined to make a 5 bedroomed property and provides a larger outside area and good sized pool, an extended lounge area and a second kitchen and sitting room.

Living Areas

Accommodation is spread over two levels and furnishings are crisply contemporary. The entrance hall in the villa has guest cloakroom with washing machine. The generous living area comprises of a large double lounge and dining room on the ground floor with Lazer TV. offering BBC,ITV, Sports channels and many more.

There is a second sitting room on the upper level of plot 781 which overlooks the pool with views to the ocean.

The property has a fully-fitted kitchen on the ground level of plot 782 and facilities include a dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster. There is a second kitchen on the upper level of plot 781 (awaiting photos or second kitchen and 2 bedrooms)

Sleeping accommodation is spread across the two floors. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms in total, plot 782 has an ensuite twin bedroom and the master bedroom is two twins made up as a double (bed measures 1.95m x 2m) and features an en-suite bath/shower room and a balcony with fabulous views over the golf course, red-stone cliffs and the ocean.

On the ground floor of Plot 781 (on the left as you look at the photo), there is a twin bedroom and a single bedroom both served by a shower room, upstairs, there is a double bedroom served by a shower room.

Please note there are two staircases in this property, and on the upper level you cannot move from one side of the property to the other.

Outside Space

Two sets of patio doors open onto the sunny poolside patio; one set leads onto the pool and the other to a covered terrace which is perfect for outdoor dining. There is a gas barbecue and ample room for sunbathing and relaxing beside the pool. The pool itself is 8m x 4m and can be heated if required for a weekly supplemental charge. The deep end of the pool measures 2.10 metres in depth and the shallow end 0.80 metres. Gated access to a recreational area on the edge of the golf course leads off from the patio and there are superb golf and ocean views from the pool area.

The golden beach and ‘Praca’ facilities are within easy walking distance.

Rates include maid cleaning service 3 x per week, bedroom linen, pool towels, bathroom towels and air-conditioning. The air conditioning is a central system however there are additional split units in the kitchen and the master bedroom.
