This exceptional villa offers spacious and very comfortable accommodation on two levels.
The living and dining areas are located on the ground floor, exquisitely furnished, and include Cable TV, an Xbox, an extensive DVD library, WIFI and telephone for local calls.
The four bedrooms, all en-suite and air-conditioned, are located on the first floor, accessed via a sweeping staircase, with the master bedroom and adjacent bedroom affording doors out to a lovely furnished terrace with stunning views over the swimming pool, gardens and beach.
It is the outside space, however, that really has the wow factor with the moat-like swimming pool, separating the outside lounge and dining spaces, with the lush gardens, and a bridge that leads you down a little path and gate directly onto the West Coast beach of Barbados.
The villa is rented complete with all equipment and utilities and staffed by a chef, maid & laundress. A Butler can be arranged for a supplemental charge.
If guests would like a security guard this can be arranged at a cost of BDS$12.00 per hour plus 17.5% VAT which is payable locally.
New Mansion is a short walk along the beach from the prestigious Sandy Lane Hotel and just next door to the Treasure Beach Hotel. The world famous Sandy Lane, Royal Westmoreland and Apes Hill golf courses are within a short drive as well as Holetown with its variety of duty free shops, world class restaurants, night spots, supermarkets and banks.
Please note that the Security Deposit is $2000 and the local management company require us to take this pre-departure & hold this for the duration of your stay. Any damages or breakages will be advised to us by the local management company, will be charged and an invoice raised accordingly. The Security Deposit, or any balance thereof, will then be refunded accordingly.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
