Villa Perla is located in the village of Sisan, walking distance to a grocery shop and lovely local restaurant, and mid-way between Pula and Medulin. High gates open into completely walled, enclosed and private grounds,the accommodation, the swimming pool, open and covered terraces, one dressed with a comfy rattan suite and the other dressed with table and chairs, and a built-in barbecue for outdoor dining.
Villa Perla consists of two separate stone houses (one sleeping 6 and the other sleeping 4), which have been lovingly restored by the owners, and furnished and equipped to the highest standard, in a modern yet rustic character style, with beautiful stone walls and beamed ceilings. Both villas, and all rooms within, have been thoughtfully designed, so that you can enjoy your holiday together with your friends and family, yet you also have space and independence within.

Villa Perla is ideally located in Sisan. It is 3 kms from the coast, Kap Kamenjak and the National Park Brionian Islands.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.
Cleaning and Laundry service – towels changed mid-week and linen changed after 7 days.
Air conditioning throughout.
Please note that if guests arrive at the villa after 10pm they will be charged €50 for a late check in fee,payable locally.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
