Villa Perla

Overview

Villa Perla is in the village of Sisan, walking distance to a grocery shop and lovely local restaurant, and mid-way between Pula and Medulin.

High gates open into completely walled, enclosed and private grounds and the accommodation, which consists of two separate stone houses (one sleeping 6 and the other sleeping 4), which have been lovingly restored by the owners, and furnished and equipped to the highest standard, in a modern yet rustic character style, with beautiful stone walls and beamed ceilings. Both villas, and all rooms within, have been thoughtfully designed, so that you can enjoy your holiday together with your friends and family, yet you also have space and independence within.

Outside, the swimming pool (* which is heatable on request, for an additional charge) is surrounded by open and covered terraces, one dressed with a comfy rattan suite and the other dressed with table and chairs, and a built-in barbecue for outdoor dining. The villa also has a Finnish sauna with access from the terrace.

Ground floor – Living /dining area with Satellite TV, DVD player, WIFI and breakfast bar to kitchen with electric hob, microwave, dishwasher and doors to terrace, guest cloakroom (housing washing machine).

First floor – and up 2 steps to – 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 1 full shower room (with walk-in shower).

Second floor – and up 2 steps to – 1 double bedroom, 1 single bedroom, 1 full shower room (with walk-in shower).

Villa Perla – 2 bedroomed villa

Ground floor – Living/dining area with Satellite TV, DVD player, WIFI and doors to terrace, open-plan kitchen with electric hob and microwave, 1 shower room (with walk-in shower).

First floor – 2 double bedrooms, 1 full shower room (with walk-in shower).

Please note that there is no oven in either villa.

Location

Villa Perla is ideally located in Sisan. It is 3 kms from the coast, Kap Kamenjak and the National Park Brionian Islands.

14kms from Pula.

Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

Change of bed linen and towels once a week, included.

Air conditioning throughout.

Pool heating is available on request at a supplementary charge. To be requested a minimum of 7 days in advance of arrival and both for a minimum of 7 nights. Heated to a max of 26 degrees

Please note that if guests arrive at the villa after 10pm they will be charged €50 for a late check in fee. Payable locally
