Nestled within the peaceful village of Sinožici, in the municipality of Višnjan, Villa Belladonna is a lovely villa that accommodates 8 persons across its two spacious levels.

Villa Belladonna has been thoughtfully designed with simplicity, elegance and user-friendliness in mind.

Its open-plan layout effortlessly connects the interior with the outdoors, blending natural, warm, and modern elements to create an intimate and inviting home-away-from-home atmosphere.

The ground floor features a living room with a Smart TV/IPTV, and comfortable seating, and a modern fully equipped kitchen/diner.

It also comprises a double bedroom with terrace, equipped with comfortable seating and a sunshade, and an en-suite shower room. The three further bedrooms are located on the first floor, each with a terrace, equipped with comfortable seating and a sunshade, and each with en-suite shower room.

Villa Belladonna is set in a beautifully minimalist, landscaped, and enclosed garden.

There is a rectangular swimming pool 12.5m x 4.2m, with 4 wide stone steps into the shallow end of the pool. It is a salt-water pool, and it is heatable *, on request, during the period 1/4 – 15/6 and 15/9 – 31/10, free of charge. There is also a jacuzzi, adjacent to the swimming pool, to seat 3 persons, 2.16m x 1.66m, heated & free of charge.

There is a covered terrace with outdoor seating area and dining area, gas grill, and smart TV/IPTV — ideal for family meals and entertainment – and if you wish to venture out, Višnjan is just a short drive away where you will find a traditional Istrian taverna, a shop, an ATM, and a coffee bar for convenience, and Porec and the beautiful Adriatic Sea are just 13kms away.

Villa Belladonna is located just outside the village of Sinožici.

Just a short drive away is Višnjan, where you can find a traditional Istrian taverna, a shop, an ATM, and a coffee bar for convenience. Nearest store, 3kms, Nearest restaurant, 5kms.

Please note that if guests arrive at the villa after 10pm they will be charged €50 for a late check in fee, payable locally.
