Vila Balaia is a beautiful and select resort that offers eight modern and spacious luxury boutique one bedroom villas that are set amongst landscaped gardens and with a shared communal pool that is heated between the months of March and November. Vila Balaia is ideally located very close to the bustling town of Albufeira with beautiful sandy beaches and a lively nightlife, and where the town's modern marina is also a base for diving trips and dolphin-watching boat trips. These lovely villas are comfortably designed to a premium standard and feature a tennis court on the resort and also provide access to a nearby golf-course. There are five pricing brackets available at Vila Balaia- the main single/double occupancy; 3 adult occupancy; 2 adults & 2 children (aged 3-17yrs) occupancy; 2 adults and 1 child (aged 3-17yrs) occupancy; or 2 adults & 1 baby (aged 0-2 yrs) occupancy. Up to two children (aged 3-17 yrs) or 1 Adult can be accommodated on the living room double sofa bed. Alternatively an extra bed for a single person can be provided upon request if clients prefer this to using the sofa bed. For parties with one infant (aged 0-2yrs) a travel cot with linen and a highchair are included in the respective price.
