Located in a residential area up above Porto Colom, a charming natural harbour in the South-east Mallorca, it is within easy reach of the shops and bars & restaurants, as well as the beach of Cala Marsal.

Exterior access to utility room with washing machine.
Note – Ground floor only available for rental, first floor locked off for storage purposes by the owner.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
