In a quiet residential area, just 200m away from the sandy cove of Cala Serena and 600m away from local supermarket and bar/restaurants. Cala D’Or centre with its wide variety of shops, bars, cafes and restaurants is just a short drive away, 3kms.

A gated entrance and a pathway of steps lead up to the accommodation.

Ground floor – Entrance hall and 2 steps down to living room with 2 seating areas, Satellite TV, CD player, WIFI and doors to terrace, sun room with dining area and doors to terrace, kitchen with 3 ring electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher and doors to terrace.

Exterior access to utility room with washing machine.

At the front of the villa, there is a well-kept Mediterranean garden and the large L-shaped swimming pool, and the terraces are located at the rear with table & chairs, and a brick built barbecue for enjoying meals “al fresco”.

Features include

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
