The Kitchen

The name is already a statement of intent. At El Rais, we cook and worship rice. The variations we present this grain are endless, and all with a touch of creativity. The menu also incorporates interesting raw foods, succulent grilled fish and meats, and a delightful selection of desserts.

The front of house service

Conscious that the culinary experience requires detailed attention to be optimal, at El Rais restaurant we take care of each and every detail involved in the service. The competence, friendliness and experience of our staff guarantee our clients a professional and personal attention. To compliment the culinary experience, our gratitude and appreciation to our sommelier Raquel Yagüe for creating a wine list that makes the perfect pair.

The Space

El Rais is the window to the Mediterranean. In a literal sense of course. Located on the Port of Mahón, it is neighbouring the boat and yachting activities and events, the boutiques, and to an array of gastronomic activity. The restaurant looks directly out to sea from its large elevated terrace pergola and dining room. A bright, spacious and comfortable setting. This is El Rais.
