Advised by Michelin Star chef Gorka Txapartegi , the Torralbenc restaurant is the result of the simple and honest preparation techniques of Basque cuisine with respect for the roots of Menorcan gastronomy.
In our recipes we use native and organic products, some of them made on our lands, such as our Torralbenc wines, oil, vegetables, spices and eggs. The result is a short and accurate menu, combining simple but tasty starters, grilled meats and fish, a selection of rice dishes and artisanal desserts.
