Overview

Casa Orana is a 4-bedroomed villa situated in the heart of S´Algar, a charming resort nestled in the southeastern corner of Menorca, and it enjoys a privileged position, just 50m from the sea.

It has been refurbished to offer spacious and comfortable accommodation on two levels and offers air-conditioning throughout.

There are 3 bedrooms on the ground floor (1 double & 2 twin bedrooms) with a further bedroom, the master bedroom on the first floor, which affords lovely views out across the sea, with large windows and doors out to a terrace with rattan table and chairs, wicker chairs and two sun loungers.

Set in a plot with hedges to provide privacy, the lovely 9m x 4m swimming pool is located to the rear, it is set in an open terrace surround – a lovely spot for sunbathing and bordered by a lawned garden. 3 steps lead up to a covered terrace with table & chairs, and a brick-built barbecue for alfresco dining.

A lovely choice for a family or friends’ holiday in Southeast Menorca.

Living Areas

Ground floor – Entrance leading to living area with 2 sofas, chair & pouffe, Smart TV (IPTV), WIFI and doors to terrace, through to dining/kitchen area with table & chairs, gas hob & electric oven, microwave and dishwasher, utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

3 of the villa’s 4 bedrooms are located on the ground floor.

There are 2 twin bedrooms each with fitted wardrobes. One has an ensuite shower room with a walk-in shower, while the other has use of a separate large shower room with walk-in shower. The further bedroom is a double bedroom, again with fitted wardrobes, and an ensuite shower room with walk-in shower.

A spiral staircase leads to the first floor where the master bedroom is located. It has a king-size bed, TV, fitted wardrobes, and ensuite shower room with walk-in shower. It offers lovely views out across the sea, with large windows and doors out to a terrace with rattan table and chairs, wicker chairs and two sun loungers.

Outside Areas

Location

Casa Orana is located in the small and tranquil resort of S’Algar, with a small supermarket and a small selection of bars/restaurants.

It is the only resort on Menorca’s southeastern corner which does not have a sandy beach, but it does offer bathing platforms, and the nearest small beach is at Cala Alcaufar (a 25 minutes’ walk or 5 minutes’ drive away). The resort of Punta Prima with its large beach, and bars/cafés/restaurants, is a 10 minutes’ drive away.

1st Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. For stays of 10 nights, there will be a “repaso” – a light clean and change of bed linen and towels. For stays of 14 nights, there will be a “cambio” – a full interim clean and change of bed linen and towels. Additional cleaning, available on request at a supplementary charge of 23 euros per hour, minimum 2 hours. Additional change of bed linen & towels, available on request at a supplementary charge of 15 euros per person (plus a further 23 euros for delivery and making of the beds).
