Among the vineyards of the property there is located an ancient, stylishly restored estate divided into two separate, spacious apartments of which Casa Ferruzzi 2 is one, plus a restored adjacent barn. The houses are furnished with taste in Tuscan country style. Whitewashed walls, beamed ceilings and terracotta floors create traditional Tuscan charm.

Whether you spend your evenings next to the fireplace or in your private garden, the property`s design assures plenty of privacy for all guests. You will feel completely welcome. The swimming-pool within the beautifully landscaped garden is for communal use and offers stunning views onto the famous organic vineyards of Panzano.

Although the village of Panzano with its wine bars, restaurants and shops is only 2 kms away, you are immersed in nature and one of the most impressive landscapes of the Chianti area. Casa Ferruzi 2, one of the apartments, sleeps a maximum of 6 persons. Including satellite TV, Wi-fi Internet and a CD player. A tennis court is available at the winery of the owners (about 1 km away), and the wine-cellars can be visited, both free of charge.

Mezzanine floor- Entrance, living room with TV, 1 double room, 1 bathroom with shower, washing machine.

1st floor- Spacious double room with wonderful view, twin bedded room with walk in closet, bathroom with tub.

Outside Space

Furnished private patio, private garden. Charcoal BBQ. Swimming Pool with sun terrace, open from mid-May until the end of October, the pool is used by all three houses of the property and measures approximately 10 metres x 5 metres.There is a pool gate for extra security Exceptional views onto the vineyards, olive groves and the rolling Tuscan hills and sunset. The following items can be requested and are paid for locally- telephone, additional maid service, dinners upon request. The breakage deposit for this villa is 250 Euro which must be paid locally. The housekeeper of the villa will be happy to provide a foodpack for you upon arrival, the price will be the hourly cost of the maid to do the shopping, plus the receipt for the groceries. Please advise us of the list of groceries you would like to have when you arrive.
