Sleeping 4 persons, with 2 double bedrooms & 1 shower room, it is comfortable and traditional in style, and from the terrace, the views are breathtaking onto the famous Conca d`Oro vineyards with beautiful sunsets in the evening.

The rectangular swimming pool, with Roman step entry, is located to the side of the property, set in a natural terrace and garden, and surrounded by the lovely rolling Chianti hills.

Stairs lead up from the garden & swimming pool to the property – accommodation all on one level;

Living/dining area with Satellite TV (with a wide range of movie channels that can be watched in English and a small selection of news and entertainment channels in English also), WIFI and doors to terrace.

Archway to kitchen is with gas hob & electric oven, coffee maker, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is also a washing machine for clients use.

Outside, the swimming pool measures 12metres x 6metres.

It offers panoramic views over the finest vineyards of Panzano, and for those who love outdoor living there is a lawn garden, dining table & chairs, and charcoal barbecue to enjoy meals al fresco.

There is room for parking within the fenced grounds of the property.

Location

The closest village to Casa di Pescille is the picturesque village of Panzano, located within walking distance just 200 metres away. In Panzano you will find a lovely selection of local restaurants, eateries, a supermarket and a chemist. There is a grocery shop is 200m away and a restaurant 400m away.

Greve in Chianti is 6 kms away, Florence city, 50 mins and Florence airport, 1 hour away.

Rates include electricity, cooking gas, water, use of the private swimming pool (note – open from 15/5 – 30/9).

There is no air-conditioning in the property.

There is a final cleaning charge of €60 payable locally.

The following items can be requested in resort and are payable locally- heating (if required), maid service, personal cook, first shopping service (hourly rate plus the cost of the groceries)- The housekeeper of the villa will be happy to provide a food pack for you upon arrival, the price will be the hourly cost of the maid to do the shopping, plus the receipt for the groceries. Please advise us of the list of groceries you would like to have when you arrive.

This property has a breakage deposit of 300 Euros which must be paid in cash to the villa owner upon arrival.

Please note - There is a local tourist tax for villas and apartments, the cost is 2.00 Euro per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights and it is payable locally, the charge is applicable to all guests aged 14 years and over.
