Casas Ferruzzi, a Chianti dream. Among the vineyards of the property there is located an ancient, stylishly restored estate divided into two separate, spacious apartments plus the adjacent barn, sleeping up to 15 persons. Whitewashed walls, beamed ceilings and terracotta floors create traditional Tuscan charm. The property`s design assures plenty of privacy for all guests with your own swimming-pool within the beautifully landscaped garden. Although the village of Panzano with its wine bars, restaurants and shops is only 2 kms away, you are immersed in nature and one of the most impressive landscapes of the Chianti area.

Casas Ferruzi sleeps up to 15 people in total. Casa Ferruzi 1, the barn, sleeps a maximum 4 persons. Casa Ferruzi 2, one of the apartments in the main house, sleeps a maximum of 6 persons. Casa Ferruzi 3, the second apartment in the main house, sleeps a maximum of 5 persons. Including satellite TV, Wi-fi Internet and a CD player. A tennis court is available at the winery of the owners (about 1 km away), and the wine-cellars can be visited- both free of charge.

Casa Ferruzi One:-

Ground floor- Bright living room with open fireplace and big glass doors to the private garden, dining area, kitchen with appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and coffee machine, small dining table, half bathroom with washing machine.

1st floor- Studio, 1 double room, 1 twin bedded room (can be prepared also as double room), 1 bathroom with tub and shower.

Casa Ferruzi Two:-

Ground floor- Dining room with open fireplace and exit to the garden, kitchen with appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker and oven, small dining table and exit to the garden.

Mezzanine floor- Entrance, living room with TV, 1 double room, 1 bathroom with shower, washing machine.

1st floor- Spacious double room with wonderful view, twin bedded room with walk in closet, bathroom with tub.

Casa Ferruzi Three:-

Ground floor- Living room with TV and exit to the garden; large, fully equipped kitchen with appliances including a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and coffee machine and dining table for 12 people.

1st floor- 2 double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom (tub), single bedroom, exit to the patio, bathroom with shower, laundry with washing machine.

Please note in the garden and in one of the three kitchens there are spacious dining tables for groups up to 15 persons.

Bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedded room (best for one adult or two children)

Bathrooms : 1 full bathroom with tub, 1 bathroom with shower, hairdryer in the bathrooms.

Casa Ferruzi Three:-

Bedrooms: double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, double bedroom, single room

Bathrooms : 2 full bathrooms, one with tub, one with shower, hairdryer in the bathrooms.

Outside Space

Furnished private patios, private garden. Charcoal BBQ. Swimming Pool with solarium, open from mid-May until the end of October, the pool is used by all three houses of the property and measures approximately 10 metres x 5 metres. There is a pool gate for extra security.Exceptional views onto the vineyards, olive groves and the rolling Tuscan hills and sunset. Private location, space for parking.

Closest village- Panzano in Chianti (2 km), Province of Florence which is only a short walk away.

Distances- Greve 8 km, Florence 33 km, Airport 1 hour.

Included- Electricity, cooking gas, water, use of communal swimming pool, intermediate clean, final cleaning service, wi-fi, heating, fire wood.

The following items can be requested and are paid for locally- telephone, additional maid service upon request. The breakage deposit for this villa is 750 Euros which must be paid locally in cash upon arrival.

The housekeeper of the villa will be happy to provide a food pack for you upon arrival, the price will be the hourly cost of the maid to do the shopping, plus the receipt for the groceries. Please advise us of the list of groceries you would like to have when you arrive.

In addition to the stunning scenery and the tranquil, relaxing environment that the Tuscany region affords, there is also plenty to do with your family and friends! Practice your Italian cooking in the villa's well equipped kitchen, wine tastings in the fabulous Chianti vineyards, walking in the beautiful hills and countryside, swimming in your private pool, bicycle rides, tennis, golf, sightseeing visits to the beautiful local villages, and not forgetting trips to the magnificent cities of Florence and Siena, both of which are steeped in history and tradition.

One of the great holiday experiences when staying at a villa in Tuscany is to have a private dinner cooked for you by a professional Italian cook. It has to be said that Italian home cooking really is second to none, with the use of tasty seasonal and local ingredients and complimented by a glass of the fine local Chianti wines. You can book this additional service so that you can enjoy the fine evenings relaxing at your villa with your family and friends, enjoying the excellent food and the stunning scenery long into the Summer evenings.

Please note- There is a local tourist tax for villas and apartments, the cost is 2.00 Euro per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights and it is payable locally, the charge is applicable to all guests aged 14 years and over.

There is also a breakage deposit of €750 which is paid in cash locally to the house manager.
