The open plan living and dining area seamlessly blend and are complemented by a corner kitchen (with gas hob & electric oven, microwave & dishwasher) that adds functionality and convenience. A utility room with washing machine & tumble drier is also on this level.

Ground Floor – As you enter, you are welcomed into a cosy living room with a convertible sofa bed (suitable for 2 persons), 1 full shower room.

First floor – wooden staircase (15 steps up & horizontal railings) up leading to 1 bedroom with king-size bed, air-conditioning and en-suite full shower room, 1 twin bedroom with air-conditioning and en-suite full shower room.

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. There will be a light clean and change of bed linen & towels after 7 days.

There is a mandatory final cleaning charge of €150 payable locally.

Air-conditioning in the open plan living/dining & kitchen area, and the two bedrooms, included, this comes under the electricity usage & note above.

The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May (01/5/2024) until the beginning of October (01/10/24).

Note - Tourist tax is not included in the villa rental rate and the villa may be subject to this. Tourist tax varies per area and will be advised by the villa owner & local agent on arrival & check-in at the villa accordingly, this charge is applicable to all guests aged 14 years and over.
