A charming property with rustic features, it has been carefully restored to offer spacious and comfortable accommodation on two levels.

It offers guests an exclusive garden, with multiple relaxing corners.

Guests can enjoy the practical veranda equipped with a barbecue for delightful dinners and lunches or unwind in the various shaded green areas ideal for reading and conversation. A few steps away, the lovely 14m x 6m swimming pool provides the perfect setting for both relaxation and fun on sunny summer days.

It serves as the perfect starting point to explore the historic villas of Lucca, the sun-kissed beaches of Versilia for beach lovers, and the famed art cities of Tuscany such as Pisa (home to the iconic Piazza dei Miracoli), Florence, or even the marble quarries of Carrara and the UNESCO-listed Cinque Terre.

3 steps up to front door & villa entrance;

Ground floor – Entrance hall, living room with two cream-coloured sofas & a double sofa-bed*, Satellite TV, WIFI, fireplace and direct access to the garden, kitchen/diner with gas hob & electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, table & chairs and direct access to the garden, utility room with washing machine.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

3 steps up to front door & villa entrance;

Ground floor – 1 shower room.

First Floor – accessed by wooden staircase – 2 double bedrooms, 1 twin bedroom, 2 shower rooms.

There is no air-conditioning, but there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

*Use of double sofa-bed in the living room, at a supplementary charge of 150 euros per week.

Outside Space

Set in the Lucca countryside, Villa Alberto is fully fenced making it a great choice for families with children.

A few steps away, the rectangular swimming pool measuring 14m x 6m. with a depth of 1.40m, provides the perfect setting for both relaxation and fun on sunny summer days.

Other Items

The first cot and highchair are available on request, provided free of charge. Any further cots and highchairs are available on request, at a supplementary charge.

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. There will be a light clean and change of bed linen & towels after 7 days.

Use of double sofa-bed in the living room, at a supplementary charge of 150 euros per week.

There is no air-conditioning in the property, but there are ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

Final cleaning charge of 320 euros at the end of the stay.

Central heating throughout, available on request for early or late season lets at a supplementary charge of €3 per m3.

Regarding the above charges, please note they may change in view of the energy situation & possible price fluctuations.

The swimming pool is open from the beginning of May until the beginning of October.

Tourist tax is not included in the villa rental rate, and the property is subject to this. It is 3.50 euros per person per day; this charge is applicable to all guests aged 12 years and over and will be collected by the property owner and/or local agent locally.
