Set over two levels, Casa del Gigli di Dante offers a very comfortable and spacious layout. It was renovated in 2025 and boasts newly appointed interiors that tastefully blend contemporary comforts with traditional elements.

Immersed in the serene countryside, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards, Casa del Gigli di Dante is a lovely retreat - guests can relax and unwind in the lovely pool area and enchanting garden or find solace under the inviting covered terrace, with table and chairs, and a barbecue for meals alfresco.

Living Areas

Ground floor - As you enter, you are welcomed into an entrance hall.

On the left hand-side is the living room featuring an ornamental fireplace, L-shaped sofa, Satellite TV & WIFI. Via an archway, to the open-plan dining & kitchen area, light & bright & well-equipped, with electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher, table & chairs to seat 6 and door to the veranda. Utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer.

There is air-conditioning in the living area and in the kitchen/dining area.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Ground floor - As you enter, you are welcomed into an entrance hall.

1 full shower room.

Stone staircase of 15 steps leading to the first floor, and a corridor with wood flooring to;

2 double bedrooms, each with en-suite shower room.

1 twin bedroom, which can be converted into a double if required, also with an en-suite shower room.

There is air-conditioning in the bedrooms.

Outside Space

Casa del Gigli di Dante is surrounded is by a spacious terraced garden spanning one hectare, offering panoramic views of the surrounding hills.

Adjacent to the living room, there is a covered terrace, complete with a table and chairs,

perfect for enjoying delightful meals alfresco. There is a built-in barbecue.

One of the highlights of the property is the private swimming pool, strategically positioned to ensure peace and privacy.

Set on an elevated terrace, the pool is enclosed within the garden. Access to the pool, is either via an uphill path from the veranda or by climbing 22 stone steps.

The pool is rectangular in shape and measures 12m x 5m, with a depth of 1.40m throughout.

The pool is lined with blue PVC and is maintained using a chlorination system.

The pool area is equipped with comfortable sun loungers and parasols, making it ideal for relaxing and enjoying the sun. A convenient outdoor shower is also available.

The first cot and highchair are available on request, provided free of charge. Any further cots and highchairs are available on request, at a supplementary charge.

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. There will be a light clean and change of bed linen & towels after 7 days.

Final cleaning charge payable at the end of the stay, 289 euros.

Air-conditioning in the living area, the kitchen/dining area and the three bedrooms, included.

Central heating throughout, available on request for early or late season lets at a supplementary charge.

Note - Tourist tax is not included in the villa rental rate, and the villa may be subject to this. Tourist tax varies per area and will be advised by the villa owner & local agent on arrival & check-in at the villa accordingly, this charge is applicable to all guests aged 12 years and over.
