Overview

Podere Di Collina is an attractive stone house that stands high on the hillside near to the village of Bibbona and enjoys panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and beautiful hilltop villages of Guardistallo and La Sassa. It offers spacious and comfortable accommodation on two levels, the ground floor and the first floor, which can be booked together to be a large villa with private pool or can be booked independently with shared pool.

Each level has a spacious, comfortable living/dining area, a well-equipped kitchen and four bedrooms, all with en-suite facilities – so perfect for a large group or two families looking to holiday together, but looking for independence in the layout of their accommodation. Its character and natural ambience has been retained, with beautiful tiled floors, stone walls and vaulted ceilings, and this has been combined with a very pleasing décor throughout.

Living Areas

Ground floor – Entrance, living area with Satellite TV, Stereo system, WIFI, air-conditioning and doors to terrace, archway to dining area with air-conditioning, archway to kitchen with electric oven & gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, breakfast table and chairs, 1 cloakroom.

First floor – accessed by a lockable door from the ground floor level – staircase up to living area with Satellite TV, Stereo system, WIFI, air-conditioning and doors to terrace (and gated staircase down to lower level and pool area), archway to dining area with air-conditioning, archway to kitchen with electric oven & gas hob, microwave and dishwasher.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On one side - 1 bedroom with “four-poster bed”, additional single bed, air-conditioning and en-suite full shower room, 1 twin bedroom with air-conditioning and en-suite full shower room.

On the other side - 1 bedroom with “four-poster bed”, additional single bed, air-conditioning and en-suite full shower room, 1 twin bedroom with air-conditioning and en-suite full shower room.

On first floor - 2 bedrooms, both with “four-poster bed”, additional single bed, air-conditioning and en-suite full shower room, 1 twin bedroom with additional single bed, air-conditioning and en-suite full shower room, 1 twin bedroom with air-conditioning and en-suite full shower room, 1 cloakroom.

Outside Space

Doors out from the living/dining area, on the lower level, lead to a pergola covered terrace, with table and chairs, and a built-in barbecue for alfresco dining and ahead is the fenced and gated swimming pool, which can be heated* at a supplementary charge. Pool heating is only available when the villa is reserved as a whole. Doors out from the living/dining area, on the upper level, also lead out to a terrace and from here gated steps lead down to the lower level and the swimming pool or lead up to the rooftop terrace.

Other Items

The first cot and highchair are available on request, provided free of charge. Any further cots and highchairs, are available on request, at a supplementary charge

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. There will be a light clean and change of bed linen & towels after 7 days.

Pool towels, available on request a supplementary charge.

Final cleaning charge of 530 euros at the end of the stay, when both ground floor and first floor accommodation booked together and final cleaning charge of 320 euros at the end of the stay, when ground floor and first floor accommodation booked separately. 

Air-conditioning & Central heating & Pool heating, available on request, at a supplementary charge - charge based upon consumption and according to market rate (rate at that time).

The swimming pool is open from 16/5/26 until 2/10/26 (Outside of these dates, the opening of the pool is on request, at an additional charge and 4wks' notice required).

Pool heating is only available when the villa is reserved as a whole - at an additional charge, charge based upon energy consumption.

Note - Tourist tax is not included in the villa rental rate. It varies per area and will be advised by the villa owner & local agent on arrival & check-in at the villa accordingly, this charge is applicable to all guests aged 14 yrs and over.
