Villa Giacinto is a lovely traditional Tuscan farmhouse situated in a panoramic location about 2 km from the medieval town of Panzano in Chianti. The villa is rented as a 7 or a 6 bedroom property. The main house has 6 bedrooms and the annexe a further 1 bedroom. The main house has two fully equipped kitchens and spacious dining room and three living areas. The annexe is a full suite with bedroom bathroom kitchen and living space.

Perched on the hillside, Villa Viola is a beautiful stone farmhouse, which offers spacious and comfortable accommodation on two levels. On the ground floor are the living, dining and kitchen areas as well as a sunroom which overlooks the garden and swimming pool. It is lovely property for a large family or party wishing to holiday together but looking for independence in the layout of their accommodation, with two bedrooms on the ground floor and the remaining four bedrooms on the first floor. Just a short drive to the lovely hilltop villages of Casale Marittimo, Guardistallo and Montescudaio when dinner out calls!

Located in neighbouring grounds to Villa Di Archi & the Dependance, Villa Di Vigne is an attractive stone house, which is accessed by a charming country road lined with cypress trees. Its exterior is characterised by a large vine-clad pergola covered terrace, which overlooks the lawned garden and the heatable* swimming pool below.

Giava was born from the restoration of an old farmhouse, with the owners preserving the original structure, beautiful stone work and wooden beams, and coordinating this with present day bright colours and contemporary interior design.

Podere Di Collina is an attractive stone house that stands high on the hillside near to the village of Bibbona and enjoys panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and beautiful hilltop villages of Guardistallo and La Sassa. It offers spacious and comfortable accommodation on two levels, the ground floor and the first floor, which can be booked together to be a large villa with private pool or can be booked independently with shared pool.

Villa Claudia is a spacious and luxurious villa that has been remodelled and equipped to be the residence for a thriving boutique vineyard. Belonging to a prestigious winery within the famous vineyards of Panzano in Chianti, Villa Claudia sleeps up to 10 people on a self-catering basis. The villa reflects traditional Tuscan architecture with white-washed and stone walls, wooden beamed ceilings and cotto floors and is conveniently located near the village of Panzano (3 km) with shops and facilities. Note - The works at the winery do not interfere with the privacy of guests, and all guests staying at Villa Claudia are entitled to wine tasting and a tour of the vineyard free of charge.
