Overview

Sun-hat is delighted to introduce you to Jasmine Villa, a traditional two bedroom property with a private pool. This property is ideally located in the beautiful resort of Dunas Douradas, close to Vale do Lobo, and within close walking distance of some of the area's best restaurants, the beautiful sandy beach, and the Vale do Lobo Tennis academy, where you will find 14 tennis courts, a restaurant, and a bar.

Guests staying at Jasmine Villa can enjoy access to the resort facilities of Dunas Douradas, which include a large communal pool and separate children's paddling pool; a restaurant/bar; two tennis courts (local charge applies) and reception.

Jasmine Villa features Wi-fi internet and air conditioning throughout, which are included in the rental rate.

Living Areas

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay, including a fridge freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, integrated electric oven and grill, three gas hobs and one electric hob, extractor fan, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and a microwave. A handy serving hatch opens through to the dining area.

The air conditioned lounge and dining space is open plan, with comfortable sofa seating and a flat screen TV offering a wide range of English language channels, including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, and TNT Sports. Patio doors lead out to the upper terrace, while the dining area features a round table with four chairs and further doors that open onto a covered outdoor dining space. There is also a guest cloakroom conveniently located near the front door.

Stairs lead up to a small office area with a desk and chair, as well as the roof terrace, which is furnished with a table and two chairs and offers lovely views across the resort.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the lower level of the villa, you’ll find bedrooms one and two. Bedroom one is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, and an en-suite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Bedroom two is also a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning, and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail. Both rooms have patio doors that open directly onto the poolside.

Outside Space

From the dining area, patio doors open onto the upper dining terrace, which features a covered dining space with a round table and seating for six. There is also a manual awning that can be extended to provide extra shade.

Steps from the upper terrace lead down to the pool and poolside area. The pool is approximately 7m x 4m and has steps for easy entry. Around the pool, you’ll find four sunbeds and a parasol, perfect for relaxing in the sunshine. For those who enjoy cooking outdoors, a gas BBQ is also provided.

Location

Dunas Douradas is a popular development, where local facilities include tennis courts, a communal pool, a poolside bar, and the restaurant Lobos. The property is situated close to all the resort amenities and is a short walk to the stunning beach, Praia do Vale do Garrão Nascente, or more commonly known as 'Julia's beach', where you will find a selection of renowned beach bars, restaurants, and eateries. You are also within close walking distance of Maria's beach restaurant and the Vale do Lobo tennis academy.

Other Items

Rates include a midweek maid service with towel change, plus a weekly clean with fresh towels and bed linen. Pool towels, a safe, and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

The common areas of Dunas Douradas are reserved for owners and registered guests, and access is granted via a magnetic key. Temporary keys can be arranged at Reception for a refundable deposit of €20. Tennis courts and the aesthetics centre can also be booked at Reception (additional cost, subject to availability).

Communal facilities include the main reception, a Roman-style swimming pool for adults and children, the renowned Lobos Restaurant, and a relaxed pool bar.
