Apartment 983A is a ground floor 2 bedroom apartment located within the exclusive resort of Vale do Lobo, close to the Tennis Academy. This modern apartment is tastefully furnished throughout and has a generous terrace which includes a table and chairs for ‘al-fresco’ dining, sun loungers and now with your very own swimming pool to relax in. Sun-hat clients are entitled to use the luggage storage facility at the Vale do Lobo tennis centre free of charge on their arrival or departure day. Whilst there, clients can use the showers (towels are not provided) and the communal pool facility which has a charge of €10,00 per person.

Entrance to this ground floor apartment is down one flight of steps from the front door. The accommodation is spacious throughout and consists of the kitchen, the open plan living/ dining room, two bedrooms (one en suite) and an additional bathroom.

Living Areas

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, and appliances consist of an integrated fridge freezer; washing machine; tumble dryer; toaster; microwave; dishwasher; electric hobs and an oven. There is a serving hatch leading through to the adjacent dining area.

The open plan living/ dining area is spacious and comfortable, with comfy sofas to relax on and enjoy the cable Lazer (including sky sports) television on the LCD flat screen television. Equipped with all the modern conveniences you could require, including a DVD player, Wi-fi internet connection, air-conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.

Bedroom one is an air conditioned twin room with double doors leading to the pool terrace, double wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with bath with shower over.

Bedroom two is a twin room with air conditioning and double wardrobes that utilises the adjacent shower room.

Outside Space

Double patio doors lead from the living/dining room to the poolside terrace, where the brand new swimming pool measures approximately 6 x 3 metres and is perfect for cooling off on a hot summer's day. There is a built in BBQ.
