Living Areas
The kitchen is well equipped with all the appliances you'll need during your stay including a microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge freezer, electric oven & grill, combined washing machine & dryer, four electric hobs and an extractor. From the kitchen a there is a convenient serving hatch to a breakfast counter with two stools.
The lounge is comfortably furnished with a double sofa bed (this can be prepared upon prior request for two extra children or one adult), a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide selection of English language channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports & TNT Sports, (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), split unit air conditioning and a portable BlueTooth speaker so you can stream your favourite music from your Smart device. Patio doors open onto the communal gardens.

The bedroom is a double room with a 1.80m x 2.0m double bed and fitted wardrobes. There is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.

Situated in the popular Tennis Valley area of Vale do Lobo, with the beautiful beach at Dunas Douradas within walking distance from this property. The renowned Vale do Lobo tennis centre is on your doorstep, which features a communal pool, café, restaurant and of course the tennis academy.
The prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo also boasts two of the Algarve's finest championship golf courses, the Royal and the Ocean courses; and the famous Praca, which has a wide range of bars, restaurants and eateries, family entertainment during the summer months and not forgetting the superb Well pool at the Praca, which is under new management and is open and available for all guests staying in the resort (local charge applies, guests with resort cards will be entitled to a discounted rate for the usage of the pool).
Perfect for walking, running or cycling enthusiasts, there are now miles of magnificent walkways over the nearby Ria Formosa nature reserve, an area of stunning natural beauty and considered by some as one of Portugal’s seven natural wonders.
Other Items
Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change for 7 day stays and a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel and linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2027 bookings are based on 2026 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Nov / Dec 2026 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

1 x loaf sliced bread, 1 x butter, 1 x litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 x bottle white wine, 1 x carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 x bottle lemonade, 20 sachets sugar, 1 x pack ham, 1 x pack sliced cheese, 4 x pieces seasonal fruit, 4 x tomatoes or 1 x pack cherry tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 x large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
