Living Areas
The entrance to the property is on the upper level, and a flight of steps takes you down to the apartment's living areas. The air conditioned open plan living/dining room is comfortably furnished with sofas and dining table and 6 chairs and a flat screen TV features Meo cable channels (with a selection of English language channels). Patio doors lead directly to the terrace.
The modern kitchen is air conditioned and fully equipped with appliances including a washing machine, fridge freezer, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, tumble dryer, microwave, oven, extractor and electric hobs.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is a twin bedroom with split unit a/c, double wardrobes with safe, patio doors to the side terrace and the use of the adjacent shower room with hairdryer. Bedroom two is the Master double suite with split unit a/c, patio doors to the terrace and an en suite bathroom with double vanities and hairdryer.
Outside Space
Lovely exterior terrace with a free form shaped plunge pool that measures approximately 6 x 2 metres with manual pool cover and the pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. Charcoal BBQ and patio furniture- 4 x sun loungers, table and 4 chairs.
Location
In addition to the nearby tennis centre, the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo benefits from beautiful beaches and the Praca- a popular and lively area where you will find a wide range of restaurants and bars. Vale do Lobo benefits from two championship golf courses, the Royal course and the Ocean course, and in nearby Quinta do Lago you will find a further 5 championship golf courses, as well as a wide range of restaurants and the fashionable Quinta shopping centre. The nearest beach is at Dunas Douradas, located within short walking distance.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2025 bookings are based on 2024 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2024 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
