The comfortable lounge has a wood-burning fireplace, cable TV with Sky Sports and patio doors that open onto a covered terrace overlooking landscaped grounds. The dining room is integral to the lounge and sits adjacent to a fully fitted kitchen, containing a dishwasher, microwave etc.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Sleeping accommodation comprises of two attractive bedrooms; on the main living level a double bedroom (bed measures 1.60 x 1.95m) with en-suite shower facilities and access to the main terrace and on the higher level a twin bedroom which is served by a separate bathroom with a bathtub and separate shower unit.
Outside Space
The pretty pool terrace can be viewed from the kitchen window. The swimming pool is a kidney bean shape and measures approximately 7 metres x 3.5 metres. The patio provides the perfect space for sunbathing and relaxing.
Location
Situated conveniently close to the facilities of the Tennis Academy. The property is also close to the lively ‘Praca’ area and the glorious golden Vale do Lobo beach.
Other Items
Rates include a maid cleaning service once per week, bedroom linen and bathroom towels.
There is an extra charge for heating in the winter seasons. Air conditioning is available for a weekly supplement.
This Apartment is on two levels, the ground level (higher) then steps going down to the main living level (lower) .
