Overview
Apartment Mirzam is a traditional three bedroom, first floor property which overlooks the tennis courts in Vale do Lobo. The interiors comprise of the living & dining area, the kitchen and three en suite bedrooms which all have terrace access. Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning are included in the rental rates.
Living Areas
The living area includes split unit air conditioning, comfy sofa seating, a flat screen Smart TV showing a wide selection of English language channels including the popular channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy streaming services such as Netflix, Amazon Prime etc), and a large selection of English books for to read whilst on holiday. The dining area is complete with a round table with seating for six people. Patio doors open onto a large balcony overlooking the aforementioned tennis courts.
The kitchen is open plan to the dining area and is well equipped with all the appliances you'll need during your stay including a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, four electric hob, an extractor, an electric oven, a fridge freezer, a dishwasher and a washing machine.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
Bedroom one is a double room with (1.60m x 2m bed) split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanities, and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the shared balcony with bedroom two which overlooks the gardens.
Bedroom two is a double room with two fixed single beds pushed together (2m x 2m), split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite full bathroom with a walk-in shower, double vanities, and a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to the shared balcony with bedroom one.
Bedroom three is a twin room (0.90m x 2m) beds, split unit air conditioning, a dressing area and an en suite shower room with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to a private balcony.
Outside Space
From the lounge patio doors lead to a large balcony overlooking tennis courts which is furnished with a table and six chairs and a charcoal BBQ. An electric awning provides shade when needed.
Location
The property is next to the renowned Vale do Lobo tennis centre that has a pool, gym, food & drink and is a short drive from great beaches and restaurants.The prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo has two championship golf courses- the Royal and the Ocean courses; and the famous Praca- which has a wide range of restaurants and bars and family entertainment during the summer months. Some of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve can be found in this area as well.
Other Items
Rates include a maid cleaning service, Mon, Wed & Fri with a bathroom towel change and a weekly maid cleaning service with a bathroom towel & bed linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers, and a safe are provided for your convenience.

There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

1 loaf sliced bread, 250g butter, 1 litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 bottle white wine, 1 carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 bottle lemonade, 25 sachets sugar, 250g ham, 250g sliced cheese, 4 pieces seasonal fruit, 4 tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.

For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with additional packs of cheese.
