Overview

Apartment Amelia is a beautiful & spacious, recently renovated two bedroom property, with its own south facing plunge pool. Ideally located in the heart of the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo, close to the renowned Vale do Lobo Tennis centre. The interiors of Apartment Amelia have been thoughtfully designed and furnished in neutral colours giving a calming ambience. Centrally positioned, you’re only a ten-minute stroll from the golden sands of Dunas Douradas and the renowned Maria's beach restaurant.

Living Areas

The entrance hall is where you will find the utility cupboard which houses the washing machine and tumble dryer. Four steps lead up to the bright, open plan living area where you have the lounge furnished with a sofa and two chairs, split unit air conditioning, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV showing a wide variety of English language channels including the popular channels BBC, ITV, TNT Sports and Sky Sports (Please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc on the Smart TV).

The adjacent kitchen area includes a central island and is well equipped with all the appliances you'll need during your stay including a kettle, four slice toaster, dishwasher, four electric hobs with a central extractor, large fridge freezer, integrated electric oven, grill and microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and a manual juicer. There is also a dining table with seating for four people and a guest cloakroom. From the living area, patio doors lead to the large shared terrace with bedroom two. Further patio doors lead down to the pool and poolside terrace.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom with a freestanding bath tub, walk-in shower and a heated towel rail. Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to the shared balcony with the lounge.

Outside Space

The south facing terrace is furnished with a table and four chairs. The BBQ area is complete with a built-in gas BBQ and is conveniently situated off the lounge and offers sea views over the pine trees. From here there is gated access to the private plunge pool which has excellent sun exposure in the afternoons and is furnished with two recliner chairs and two sun loungers.

Location

The prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo has two championship golf courses- the Royal and the Ocean courses; and the famous Praca- which has a wide range of restaurants and bars and family entertainment during the summer months. Some of the most beautiful beaches in the Algarve can be found in this area as well. The Tennis Centre is a two minute stroll from the apartment.

Other Items

Rates include a maid cleaning service 2 x per week; towels are changed midweek and weekly; linen is changed weekly. Pool towels, a hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience.

Due to the design of the main balcony, please note this property is not suitable for families with toddlers or young children.
