Living Areas

Open plan and spacious air conditioned living/dining room situated on the lower (entrance level) of the property and furnished with comfy sofas and dining table and chairs with seating for 6 persons and complete with a flat screen Smart TV with open Netflix guest account and a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports; fibre optic Wi-fi internet and a Bluetooth speaker-so you can stream your own favourite music from your smart device. Double patio doors lead to the terrace off the living/ dining room, a spacious area where you can relax on the comfortable seating.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is the master suite, with a 2.00 metre x 1.80 metre zip and link king size bed which can be prepared as twin beds upon prior request. This master suite also benefits from a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV, split unit a/c, dressing area and an en suite bathroom with walk-in shower unit and double vanities.

Bedroom two is a twin bedroom with split unit a/c and a separate bathroom with double vanities.

Outside Space

A key feature of this impressive property is the fantastic private roof terrace, a spacious area measuring 340 square feet with a generous private sunbathing area. This terrace has everything you need to relax in privacy and luxury- including a fabulous new jacuzzi hot tub; 2 x sun loungers and 2 x reclining chairs and a dining area with seating for 4 persons, integrated gas BBQ, food prep area and the roof top drinks fridge for cool drinks whilst relaxing.

Situated in the popular Tennis Valley area of Vale do Lobo, with the beautiful beach at Dunas Douradas within walking distance from this property. The renowned Vale do Lobo tennis centre is on your doorstep, which features a communal pool, café, restaurant and of course the tennis academy.

The prestigious golf resort of Vale do Lobo also boasts two of the Algarve's finest championship golf courses, the Royal and the Ocean courses; and the famous Praca, which has a wide range of bars, restaurants and eateries, family entertainment during the summer months and not forgetting the superb rotunda pool at the Praca, which is under new management and is open and available for all guests staying in the resort to use (local charge applies, guests with resort cards will be entitled to a discounted rate for the usage of the pool).

Perfect for walking, running or cycling enthusiasts, there are now miles of magnificent walkways over the nearby Ria Formosa nature reserve, an area of stunning natural beauty and considered by some as one of Portugal’s seven natural wonders.

Rates include a midweek maid cleaning service and bathroom towel change and a weekly changeover clean, bathroom towel and linen change. Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience.

The Property Owner has pre-arranged for clients to be able to purchase Summer 2024 Resort Welcome Cards at Vale do Lobo Reception. Basic cards are recommended and allow the card-holder free use of the Vale do Lobo bus service. Please note that cards can only be purchased after arrival.
