Living Areas

Steps lead up to the entrance of the villa, opening into a bright and spacious open plan living and dining area. Decorated in calming neutral tones and air conditioned throughout, this welcoming space is comfortably furnished with plenty of sofa seating and a flat screen TV showing a wide selection of English language channels, including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports. The dining area has a large table with seating for up to eight people, while double patio doors open onto the covered outdoor terrace and pool area.

The modern, air conditioned kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. A central island with two stools provides a convenient spot for a morning coffee. Appliances include an integrated electric oven, grill and microwave, four ring electric hob, extractor fan, dishwasher, hand blender, Breville sandwich maker, Nutri bullet, juicer, double sink, large fridge, double toaster, Smeg kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. Patio doors open onto the covered outside BBQ area.

Just off the kitchen is a handy utility room which houses the washing machine, tumble dryer, a small chest freezer and additional drinks fridge. A guest cloakroom is also conveniently located on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the entrance level and bedrooms three & four are on the upper level. All four bedrooms are carpeted. Bedroom one is a twin room with two 0.90m x 2.0m beds, fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with double vanity units and a heated towel rail.

Bedroom two is also a twin room with two 0.90m x 2.0m beds, fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite shower room with double vanity units and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the garden & pool.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms three & four. Bedroom three is a double room with a 1.80m x 2.0m bed, split unit air conditioning, a ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes, a safe, and an en suite shower room with a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto a shared balcony with bedroom four, overlooking the pool and furnished with four sun loungers. Bedroom four is the master double suite and has a 2.0m x 2.0m bed, split unit air conditioning, a ceiling fan, fitted wardrobes, and an en suite full bathroom with double vanity units, a walk-in shower, and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the shared balcony with bedroom three.

Outside Space

From the living area patio doors open onto the covered dining area complete with a large outside table and seating for up to eight people. Enjoy your al fresco meals cooked on the Weber charcoal BBQ.

The swimming pool measures approx. 10m x 5m and can be heated for an extra supplement. The pool have steps for easy entry and a pool cover to help retain the warmth in the evenings. A pool fence can be arranged for a weekly supplement, upon prior request. The garden is private, laid to lawn, and surrounded by shrubs and flowers. The poolside terrace is a really good size and is furnished with sun loungers and four parasols.

Location

This beautiful property is South facing and located within easy walking distance of the beautiful Ancao beach and some of the Algarve’s finest beachfront restaurants, including 2 Passos and The Bold Octopus. The wooden boardwalk leading to Garrão Beach is also just a short stroll away. Situated in an exclusive position in the sought after area of Ancão, between the resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo.

Quinta do Lago, one of the most exclusive areas of the Algarve, and perfect for both golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and only a few minutes' drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches are many other facilities, such as horse riding, wind surfing, and sailing. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre and Bougainvillea Plaza where you will find boutique shops, restaurants, bars, banks, and a supermarket.

Vale do Lobo's club house is where you will find the excellent Spikes bar and restaurant; shops and a spa. There are two excellent golf courses in the resort, the Ocean and Royal courses; and for nightlife and dining out the lively Praca has a selection of bars & restaurants and entertainment during the summer months. Vale do Lobo's tennis centre features eight hard courts (four of them floodlit) and four floodlit artificial clay courts. It’s also home to eight floodlit padel courts, a swimming pool, a gym, a pro shop and a bar and restaurant.
