Casa Filomena is an outstanding six bedroom villa, located close to the resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, and within easy reach of the shops and restaurants at Bougainvillea Plaza and the Quinta Shopping complex. The villa is set in a huge plot of over 10,000 square metres, and includes an extensive lawn to the rear of the villa which is an ideal area for children to play.
The property is air conditioned throughout, and this is included in the rate. Rents as a 4,5 or 6 bed villa depending on the required occupancy.
Attractively furnished throughout, the accommodation is all on one level. A spacious and comfortable living/dining area includes a TV with full package satellite channels including sports, and wi-fi internet connection. Doors lead out to the shaded terraces, which are furnished with comfortable seating and dining tables.
The living/ dining area is open plan to the brand new, modern kitchen- complete with breakfast bar and granite worktops. Fully equipped, the kitchen appliances include gas hobs, oven, extractor fan, Nespresso coffee machine (please bring your capsules), juicer, microwave and American fridge freezer. An adjacent utility room houses the washing machine.
Casa Filomena has six bedrooms, four of which are en suite. Air conditioning is available in the bedrooms.
Bedrooms one and two share an adjacent shower room. Bedroom one is a double room (bed measure 1.6m x 2m), and bedroom two is a twin bedroom, classically a children's room.
Bedroom three is a double room with an en suite shower room, also with a small TV and DVD player. Bedroom four is a twin bedroom with an en suite shower room.
Bedroom five is a double room (two twin beds together bed measuring 0.9m x 1.9m) with an en suite bathroom. Master bedroom six is a double room (bed measures 1.7m x 2m) with an en suite shower room.
Casa Filomena's extensive grounds, 2.5 acres in size, really make this villa a special property that is perfect for families. In addition to the lawn areas surrounding the pool and the villa, there is an extensive lawn area to the rear of the villa which is a great area for children to play. This villa is also suitable for the holding of Wedding Ceremonies and must be reserved at the 6 bedroom rental cost, there is a supplemental charge for the holding of weddings at the villa. The surcharge does not include any catering or wedding licence costs.
There is a 2.4m trampoline in the garden suitable for children, (upto 80KG).
The swimming pool, measuring 12 metres x 7 metres can be heated for a weekly supplement and is surrounded by wood decking, furnished with sun loungers. There is a fabulous outside shaded dining area complete with a gas BBQ and seating for 12 persons.
The garden is fully enclosed and accessed via double automatic gates, and there is plenty of space for private parking in the driveway. The double garage houses a pool table and table tennis table.
The villa is centrally located between the prestigious resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. There is an extensive selection of excellent golf courses in the area, and also a horse riding centre nearby. The nearest beach is approximately 3.5kms away. In the local area there is a good range of restaurants, and there is also a selection of bars and eateries at the fashionable Quinta Shopping, which is close by.

The maximum occupancy at this villa is 12 persons, however one cot can also be requested
The villa has a table tennis and a small pool table for guests use.
