Living Areas
The interior living space is bright, modern, and designed for both relaxation and socializing. The lounge features comfortable double sofas and a mounted flatscreen smart TV with cable channels with some English language channels available, flowing seamlessly into an open dining area with seating for eight. The fully equipped kitchen continues the open-plan design, offering a large table for shared meals as well as high-quality appliances, including a Nespresso coffee machine, electric oven with six hobs, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, and washing machine.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The villa is thoughtfully laid out across two levels, featuring four bedrooms and three bathrooms to comfortably accommodate guests. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom (bed 1.40m x 2.00m) with an en-suite bathroom and walk-in shower, along with an additional separate shower complete with WC and heated towel rail. Upstairs, you’ll find three more bedrooms, one double (bed 1.60m x 2.00m) and two twin bedrooms (beds 0.90 x 2.00m) alongside a shared bathroom, as well as access to a rooftop terrace that provides a peaceful spot to unwind at the end of the day.
Outside Space
Outside, the villa truly comes into its own. Guests can enjoy a beautifully maintained garden with lawn areas, a decorative fountain, and multiple seating spaces, including a sofa lounge and stone seating area. The private swimming pool measures 9 by 6 metres, with depths 1.25 to 2.50, and is surrounded by sun loungers and a parasol for soaking up the Algarve sun. A gas barbecue with a dedicated preparation area and sink makes outdoor dining easy and enjoyable, while the terrace and balcony provide additional spaces to relax. Pool heating is available for an additional weekly fee and provided in it booked in advance.
Location
Located just 3.5 km from the stunning Vale do Lobo beach and 11 km from Vilamoura Marina. The centre of Quinta do Lago and the Vale do Lobo Royal Golf Course are also 2.5 km away, making it an ideal base for those who love both relaxation and outdoor activities.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2027 bookings are based on 2026 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Nov / Dec 2026 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
