Living Areas
The bright open-plan living area is perfect for relaxing or socialising, featuring comfortable sofas and a flatscreen smart TV with cable channels, including English-language options. The dining area seats eight and flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen, complete with a Nespresso coffee machine, electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and kettle. A separate utility room houses a washing machine.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
The villa is thoughtfully arranged over two levels and comfortably accommodates up to eight guests. On the ground floor, you’ll find a double bedroom with a king-size bed (1.80m x 2.00m) and a private en-suite with a walk-in shower. There is also a guest WC with wash basin. Upstairs, the master double bedroom (1.80m x 2.00m) features an en-suite shower room. There is also a second double bedroom (1.60m x 2.00m) and a twin bedroom with drawer beds (0.90m x 2.00m), which both share a modern bathroom with a shower.
Outside Space
The outdoor area is a true highlight. The villa boasts a beautifully maintained garden with lawn areas, a decorative fountain, and several inviting seating spaces. The private swimming pool (9m x 4m, depths ranging from 1.25m to 2.50m) is perfect for enjoying the Algarve sunshine, surrounded by sun loungers and a parasol. A portable barbecue, outdoor shower and additional lawn space complete this relaxing setting.
Location
Located just 3.5 km from the stunning Vale do Lobo beach and 11 km from Vilamoura Marina. The centre of Quinta do Lago and the Vale do Lobo Royal Golf Course are also 2.5 km away, making it an ideal base for those who love both relaxation and outdoor activities.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2027 bookings are based on 2026 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Nov / Dec 2026 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.
Cost

(EUR1.00 in low season, 01 Nov - 31 Mar)
Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.
