Overview

Casa Tres Palmeiras is a lovely and spacious four bedroom villa with private pool centrally situated in the urbanisation of Vale do Garrao which is centrally positioned between the prestigious golf resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago and is within easy walking distance of the beautiful local beach, and restaurants and the golf courses are also close by.

Wi-Fi internet and air conditioning are included in the rental rate.

Living Areas

The open plan lounge and dining room are complete with a dining table and ample comfy sofa seating; a flat screen Smart TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports (please bring your own log-in passwords to enjoy Netflix etc on the Smart TV); split unit air conditioning; VHS & a DVD player; a Bluetooth speaker (so you can stream your favourite music directly from your smart device) and quadruple patio doors opening directly onto the poolside and garden.

The kitchen has a breakfast table with seating for four persons and is modern in design with appliances including a dishwasher, kettle, filter coffee machine, toaster, washing machine, tumble dryer, extractor, four gas hobs, electric oven and grill, microwave and a fridge freezer. There is also a door to the garden.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor. Bedroom one is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom. Patio doors open onto the garden. Bedroom two is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Patio doors open onto the garden.

Stairs lead you to the upper level and bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three is a double room with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and an en suite full bathroom. Patio doors open onto a private balcony. Bedroom four is the master double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, a flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including the English language channels BBC, ITV, BT Sports and Sky Sports and an en suite full bathroom. Patio doors open onto the balcony overlooking the pool, private to the master suite.

Outside Space

The pool measures approximately 10m x 5m and has steps entry. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge and there is a manual pool cover to help retain the heat at night. The use of the pool is recommended for families with children over 7 years of age due to the pool depth, 2.2 metres at the deep end and approximately 1.0 metre deep at the shallow end.

To the rear of the villa is a terrace with a dining table and seating for eight people. At the front of the villa is a gas BBQ perfect for preparing the families al fresco meals and a partially covered area furnished with an outside sofa and chairs. There are eight sun loungers on the poolside terrace for you to relax and soak up the glorious Algarve sunshine and a parasol if you prefer a little shade.

Location

Located close to the resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago, there is a full range of recreational facilities nearby including shops, bars, restaurants, championship golf courses and a choice of fabulous beaches. The nearest beach is a 12 minute walk away.

Rates include a midweek towel change and light clean; and a weekly changeover clean, bed linen change and bathroom towel change. Pool towels, a hairdryer & a safe are provided for your convenience.
