Overview

Villa Cascade is a charming four bedroom villa, built on two levels, with a private infinity swimming pool and sweeping ocean views. Set in a central position within the prestigious resort of Vale do Lobo, it offers both comfort and convenience in equal measure.

Just a short walk away is the lively Praça, known for its vibrant mix of bars, restaurants and evening entertainment, as well as the resort’s beautiful sandy beach—perfect for relaxed days by the sea.

Living Areas

The fully fitted kitchen has everything you need to make your stay easy and enjoyable, including a washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric oven and grill, four electric hobs with an extractor, a juicer, fridge freezer, dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee machine. A door from the kitchen leads directly to the outdoor clothes drying area.

The open plan lounge and dining area is designed for relaxed living. The dining space features a table with seating for eight people, along with a handy serving hatch from the kitchen. Two steps lead down to the lounge, furnished with a comfortable 'L' shaped sofa, a wall mounted flat screen Smart TV, and a Samsung soundbar, featuring a wide selection of English language channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and TNT Sports (please bring your own log-in credentials to enjoy Netflix, Amazon Prime etc). Double patio doors flood the room with natural light and open straight onto the poolside terrace, where you can enjoy spectacular, uninterrupted ocean views.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

On the entrance level you will find bedrooms one and two. Bedroom one is a double room with a 1.80m x 2m bed, with fitted wardrobes, split unit air conditioning and a flat screen TV showing the same selection of channels as the lounge TV. Patio doors open onto the poolside terrace. Bedroom two is a twin room with two 0.90m x 2m beds, a wardrobe and split unit air conditioning. Both bedrooms one and two share the family bathroom.

Stairs lead up to bedrooms three and four. Bedroom three is a twin room with two 0.90m x 2m beds, fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto the large shared balcony with bedroom four. Bedroom four is the master double suite with a 1.80m x 2m bed, split unit air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and an en suite bathroom with double vanities. Patio doors open onto the shared balcony with bedroom three and furnished with two relaxing chairs, a table with seating for eight people, two electric awnings provide shade when needed.

Outside Space

Thanks to its superb setting, Villa Cascade enjoys outstanding views across the beach and ocean, while still offering plenty of privacy for sunbathing on the lawn or relaxing by the pool. The infinity pool, with Roman steps for entry, measures approx. 9m x 7m and can be heated for an additional supplement, there is also a pool cover to help retain the heat in the evenings. The terrace is well equipped with sunbeds, an electric awning for shade, and a comfortable rattan sofa and chairs. There’s also a portable BBQ, ideal for easy al fresco dining. A pathway from the garden leads directly to the beach.

Location

Villa Cascade enjoys a fantastic central location within the resort of Vale do Lobo- Just a short stroll from the well kept beach of Vale do Lobo and all the amenities at the Praça, where you will find a selection of restaurants and bars. The resort also benefits from two outstanding golf courses and a tennis centre, and in the surrounding area there is a wide range of excellent restaurants to choose from.
