Overview
Villa Laurena is a charming three bedroom property, built on two levels, with a south facing private pool and garden. Ideally located in the heart of Vale do Lobo overlooking the 10th fairway of the Ocean Golf course and within walking distance to the Vale do Lobo Golf Club House reception where can be find shops, gym and a spa. The villa also provides easy access to the beautiful beach of Vale do Lobo and 'The Praca', which boasts a variety of restaurants, bars and night life. Additionally, the convenience of the nearby supermarket at Vale do Lobo's main entrance is just a short walk away.
Living Areas
Through the ground floor entrance leads to the open plan fully kitchen with a breakfast bar with stools and living area with an ample sofa seating, a fireplace and a wall-mounted flat screen Smart TV with double patio doors opening onto the garden and pool area. The kitchen is well equipped with doors to the pool/BBQ terrace.
Bedrooms and bathrooms
On the ground floor are two bedrooms, Bedroom one is a double bed with a private terrace with golf course views. Bedroom two has a double bed with en suite bathroom with a walk in shower with patio doors open onto a garden. A large social bathroom with a bath tub.
Steps lead up to bedroom three, the first floor is home to the master bedroom which has an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, and a very bright reading area. Patio doors open onto a private balcony with golf course views and a jacuzzi to enjoy the sunshine and views.
Outside Space
The house has a large terrace with wonderful golf course views and an outside dining table for al-fresco meals cooked on the gas BBQ. There is an outside comfy sofa seating for you to relax and read your favourite book and a variety of seating. The swimming pool measures approx. 8m x 5m and has steps entry, it has a manual pool cover and can be heated for a supplemental charge. There is a second terrace for for sunbathing.

Villa Laurena is situated in a great central location, parallel with the 10th fairway if the Royal course, and within walking distance to the Vale do Lobo Golf Club House reception where can be find shops, gym and a spa. The villa also provides easy access to the beautiful beach of Vale do Lobo and its lively 'The Praca', which boasts a variety of restaurants, bars and night life. Additionally, the convenience of the nearby supermarket at Vale do Lobo's main entrance is just a short walk away. Villa Laurena is a true golfers dream!

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Vale do Lobo.

Applies To
Persons 16 years and over for the first 5 nights.
This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.

1 loaf sliced bread, 250g butter, 1 litre semi-skimmed milk, 1 bottle white wine, 1 carton orange juice, 10 tea bags, 10 sachets of coffee, 2 x 1,5 litres water, 1 bottle lemonade, 25 sachets sugar, 250g ham, 250g sliced cheese, 4 pieces seasonal fruit, 4 tomatoes, 6 eggs 1 large pack of crisps, 1 x jar of jam and 1 packet of biscuits. For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with an additional pack of cheese.

For a vegetarian option we will replace the ham with additional packs of cheese.
