The entrance level comprises the entrance hall, cloak room & south west facing living / dining / kitchen with full length patio windows - with a modern design and panoramic sea views. Dining table and 8 chairs. Comfortable seating area with flat screen TV with a wide range of English language cable channels including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports.
Fully equipped contemporary kitchen including a wine chiller, electric hobs and dishwasher on a central island; plus Nespresso coffee maker, microwave, oven and American style fridge freezer.
The basement level has a comfortable TV area with kitchenette with fridge freezer and a small room with pull out bed & shower room. There is an open area in the basement with a cascading water feature. Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron & ironing board.
The ground floor is comprised of the master suite and the three bedroom suites all en suite- two bedrooms are doubles and two are twin bedrooms. All the bedrooms open out to the pool deck.
Bedroom one has a double bed and en suite shower room; bedroom two has twin beds and an en suite shower room, bedroom three has twin beds and an en suite shower room and bedroom four is the master suite complete with double bed, dressing area with safe and an en suite with shower unit and double vanities.
The main BBQ terrace (with integrated gas Beefeater BBQ) is by the kitchen on the first floor & there is also a stretching terrace adjacent to all living areas which overlooks, and grants direct access to, the pool.
The pool measures 12 metres x 4 metres and has an additional specific area for toddlers.
The roof terrace boasts has an inviting BBQ (gas BBQ) / dining area, sunbathing space and jacuzzi to enjoy the sunset in style.
Off-road parking is available on the villa driveway, protected by the electric entry gates.
Great central location- the lively Praca with it's bars and restaurants, and the beautiful beaches are within walking distance- as is the main Vale de Lobo golf club reception where you will find shops, a spa and the club house.
Rates include Mon-Fri maid service (except public holidays), bathroom towels and linen. Air conditioning is available throughout, central system with individual room controls on the upper floor and split units in the bedrooms- and this is included in the rate. Please note Google Earth is currently displaying an older image of the area, before the villa was rebuilt and before the villa being built next door was finished.
Please note across the street from Villa Haven is a new development at plot number 1036 Vale do Lobo. The development is a partial reconstruction of the existing property and there will be some refurbishment work as well. This project is scheduled to finish at the end of April 2019. There is also a building plot with a visible crane at the end of the cul-de-sac, on plot 1030, which is further away from Villa Haven- however please note that due to the recently issued regulation from the local council that prohibits noisy building work taking place in touristic areas throughout the months of July and August we do not expect any inconvenience to be caused during these peak months.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2020 bookings are based on 2019 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2019 when contracts are signed.
