The villa is well presented and comfortable with large rooms and enjoys the benefit of air conditioning/ heating and electric shutters throughout. The property is fully enclosed and secure with entrance gates and an alarm system.
The property is built over two levels and consists of the main house and two separate annex bedrooms.
The ground floor accommodation:
Spacious lounge / dining room with a large comfortable L shaped sofa, Plasma TV with internet/satelite channels including sports. DVD player. Dining table with seating for 12 people. Patio doors open out to a covered terrace overlooking the pool and garden area.
Second living room with two large, comfortable sofas, feature wood burning fireplace a TV, DVD player and Playstation 2 games console.
Large, fully fitted kitchen with an American style fridge freezer including ice maker, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and juicer. A separate utility room houses the washing machine, tumble dryer and a second fridge.
All bedrooms can be prepared as either a twin or a double.
Bedroom 6 is a twin or king size room (bed measures 1.8m x 1.95m) with a window to the front, overlooking the pool. This bedroom does not have an en suite bathroom and will utilise one of the bathrooms in bedrooms 4 or 5.
Bedroom 5 is a twin or king size room (bed measures 1.8m x 1.95m) with en suite shower room and a window overlooking the pool and garden.
Bedroom 4 is a twin or king size room (bed measures 1.8m x 1.95m) with en suite shower room and a window overlooking the garden.
There is an additional guest cloakroom on the ground floor.
Master bedroom with twin or king size bed(bed measures 1.8m x 1.95m), en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and walk in shower. Patio doors open onto a large terrace overlooking the pool and garden.
Bedroom 2 is a twin or king size room (bed measures 1.8m x 1.95m) with en suite bathroom and patio doors opening out to views of the hills behind the property.
Bedroom 3 is a twin or king size room (bed measures 1.8m x 1.95m) with en suite bathroom and patio doors opening onto a balcony overlooking the pool and garden.
For larger groups, there are an additional couple of bedrooms in the separate annexe at the rear of the property which is accessed via a courtyard from the second living room. These rooms have independent entrances.
One room has twin beds and the other has a double sofa bed (measuring 1.45m x 2.10m) and en suite shower rooms, one of the rooms has a DVD player and the other has a football table.
The large pool measuring 9.5m x4.5m is surrounded by paved terraces providing lots of space for the plentiful garden furniture provided. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge.
Gently sloping lawns provide a great area for children to play and the landscaped gardens with mature trees provide shade and privacy.
A brick built barbeque with seating area is tucked around the side of the property next to the kitchen and the small orchard of fruit trees.
Plenty of parking is provided on the long driveway and a shaded car port.
There is a restaurant and café within easy walking distance of the property. The cosmopolitan resort of Vilamoura, with its marina, sophisticated night life and golden beaches are a short drive away (approximately 5km). Also close by is the Aquashow water park. The property is also within easy reach of Almancil, where you will find the nearest large supermarket and the resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale de lobo.
Maid service – Three times per week, excluding weekends and public holidays, linen changed once per week and towels changed twice per week
Air conditioning throughout included in the weekly rental rate.
Please note that car hire is essential for guests staying at this property, which enjoys a peaceful Algarve countryside location within close driving distance of a selection of resorts- Vilamoura or Vale do Lobo is approximately 10 minutes drive away.
