O'Neills has been one of the most popular bars on the Vilamoura Marina since it opened its doors ten years ago. Striving to create a little piece of real Irish tradition, culture and warmth in the Algarve, there’s live music every night, delicious homemade food available all day, and every known sport is shown on the screens dotted around the bar.
The staff (a mix of nationalities including Irish and Portuguese) all claim to have visited the Guinness factory in Dublin and are great fun. They’re all well-rehearsed in pouring a pint of the black stuff and lay claim to supplying the best Guinness in Vilamoura.
A great all day bar O'Neills is open from mid-morning till late. You can order-up the famous traditional Irish Breakfast or opt for the daily specials, all while eyeing the fabulous yachts moored on the Marina.
O'Neills is very lively especially at night. Music, talk, dancing on the bar and all the usual shenanigans that make Irish bars the best are all found here. However if you feel things are getting a bit too lively at the bar you can retreat to the mellower ambience of the deck. A great addition to O'Neills there is almost always a cooling breeze coming off the water making the deck a great spot to enjoy a meal or a drink.
