Can Blai is situated in Santa Eulalia (less than 1km from the Rio de Santa Eulalia) a family-friendly resort town on the east of the island, known for its beaches, relaxed atmosphere and gastronomic scene. The town has a vibrant marina, art galleries, a popular local market, and the Puig de Missa, a 16th-century church on a hill overlooking the town.
Close to the road, PMV-810-1, which runs from Santa Eulalia to Cala Llonga, gates open to the grounds, and a driveway leads up to the parking area and entrance to Can Blai.
Can Blai features 3 bedrooms (1 double & 2 twin bedrooms) and 2 shower rooms, along with spacious communal areas such as the living room, an outdoor dining area and a fantastic barbecue area with outdoor kitchen, swimming pool and poolside jacuzzi.

A pathway of 4 steps leads up to the swimming pool area at the rear of the property.
There is a rectangular swimming pool with 4 wide steps into the shallow end of the pool and an adjacent jacuzzi to seat 6 persons. It is surrounded by an open terrace and astroturf with sunbeds & parasols. There is a covered terrace, with table & chairs, and a barbecue for alfresco dining.
Close to the road, PMV-810-1, which runs from Santa Eulalia to Cala Llonga.

There is a compulsory cleaning charge, which is shown in the supplemental items box under the pricing for the villa, which implies the following;
For stays of more than 7 nights, for 8-10 nights - a clean of the bathrooms/shower rooms & the kitchen is carried out, and for more than 10 nights - a clean of the bathrooms/shower rooms & the kitchen, as well as a change of linen & towels, is carried out.

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic Islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor; however, it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Ibiza - East Coast.
