Beach Villa Cosins 1 mel is a two-storey villa, which has been carefully designed to offer all the modern comforts, with an added touch of luxury, and can accommodate seven persons.
It affords a unique location, with the beautiful beach of Playa de Muro virtually on the doorstep.
The swimming pool offers pleasant views over the Albufera river and is equipped with comfortable sunbeds: But with such a perfect beach so close by, the choice will be hard: pool or “playa”.
For the lovers of al-fresco dining, a brick-built barbecue is available, together with a shaded outdoor dining area and a chill-out area.

Ground floor – Entrance to living/dining area with 2 comfy sofas, Satellite TV, Hi-Fi, WIFI and patio doors to terrace, leading to open-plan kitchen with electric hob & oven, microwave, dishwasher, and patio doors to terrace. A tiny poolside annexe is available and comprises a cloakroom and a utility room with washing machine.

Ground floor - 1 double bedroom, 1 shower room.
First floor – 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedroom 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom (with separate shower).

Maid service – Accommodation will be fully cleaned and prepared for arrival. For bookings of longer than 1 week, two sets of towels will be left at the accommodation on arrival & cleaning is available on a request basis, to be requested in advance - pre-departure.
Air conditioning throughout (on a timer and available for use between 14:00hrs to 16:00hrs and between 20:00hrs to 08:00hrs.

Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Alcudia & Surrounding area.

This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected locally on your arrival and check-in.
