There is an L-shaped furnished covered terrace on the middle level and the top level terrace, from where views of Calas de Mallorca, Porto Cristo and the Mediterranean Sea, gleaming in the distance, can be enjoyed.

Just over 4kms from the village of Son Macia, on the Eastern side of Mallorca, for all local facilities and amenities, and the beaches and Calas – Bota, Virgili, Antena & Pilota are just a little further at 7kms away.

Balearics Tourism License – ETV-975

There is a local tourist tax called ECO TAX for all visitors to the Balearic islands, the cost is 2 Euro and 20 Cents per person per night for persons 16 years and over for the first 8 nights, after which the rate reduces to 1 euro 10 cents per night. This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts on the final accommodation invoice and passed by our local agents to the Balearics Government.
