Overview

Bini Xoroi occupies a spacious corner plot, in the residential area of Binibeca Nou, in the southeast of the island. Affording a private location, yet just a short walk to Cala Torret, approximately 750m away with a supermarket & restaurants on the seafront.

It offers accommodation for 12 persons on two levels, and offers plenty of space for a comfortable stay, both indoors and outdoors, with different areas for relaxation and enjoyment for all ages.

The ground floor comprises the living/dining area, kitchen and utility room, as well as 2 double bedrooms (one with additional single bed), 1 triple bedroom, 1 bathroom and a guest cloakroom.

The first floor comprises 2 double bedrooms (one with an en-suite bathroom and the other with an en-suite shower room and the former with an interconnecting door to a twin bedroom – making it ideal for a family).

Doors from the living/dining area lead out to a covered terrace with comfy sofa & chairs at one end, and table & chairs, for alfresco dining, at the other end.

Ahead is the L-shaped swimming pool, with stone step entry into the corner, set in an open terrace surround – a lovely spot for sunbathing, and enclosed by a mature garden of bushes & trees.

Other independent terraces surrounding the property incorporate a table tennis table, a wooden bar with stools, and outdoor shower.

Lovely views across the surrounding area and down to the coast from the first-floor terrace.

An ideal property for families or groups looking to spend their holidays together in Menorca.

First floor – 1 double bedroom with doors to terrace and en-suite bathroom (with interconnecting door to a twin bedroom – making it ideal for a family), 1 double bedroom with doors to terrace and en-suite shower room.

Please note that sleeping is restricted to 12 persons.

1st Cot and highchair are available on request and are included free of charge.

The villa will be cleaned and fully prepared for arrival. For stays of 10 nights, there will be a “repaso” – a light clean and change of bed linen and towels. For stays of 14 nights, there will be a “cambio” – a full interim clean and change of bed linen and towels. Additional cleaning, available on request at a supplementary charge of 23 euros per hour, minimum 2 hours. Additional change of bed linen & towels, available on request at a supplementary charge of 15 euros per person (plus a further 23 euros for delivery and making of the beds).

Hairdryers included, free of charge.

Air conditioning in the living/dining area, in the 2 double bedrooms on the first floor and the triple bedroom on the ground floor (note – fans available in the other bedrooms).
