Typically Tuscan in style, it offers comfortable accommodation for 6 persons on two levels.

There is a terrace with table and chairs, and barbecue, for alfresco dining, and steps lead up to the lovely swimming pool, which is set above the property, is surrounded by an open terrace with sunbeds and parasols and offers exceptional views of the valley and surrounding Chianti landscape.

Ground floor: entrance hall, living/dining area with Satellite TV, CD player, and WIFI, kitchen with gas hob & oven and dishwasher, utility room housing washing machine.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Ground floor – 1 cloakroom.

First floor – 4 bedrooms (3 double bedrooms & 1 twin bedroom – which can also be made up as a double on request). The master double bedroom has an en-suite with bath & separate shower and there are 2 further shower rooms.

Note - Sleeping restricted to 6 persons.

Outside Space

There is a terrace with table and chairs, and barbecue, for alfresco dining, and steps lead up to the lovely swimming pool, 12m x 6m, which is set above the property, is surrounded by an open terrace with sunbeds and parasols and offers exceptional views of the valley and surrounding Chianti landscape. There is a well-equipped gym (note – care to be taken with use of all equipment) and a table tennis table for entertainment.

Greve in Chianti 6kms, Florence 31kms, Siena 33kms.

The airport of Florence is 1 hour away, and the airport of Pisa is 1.5 hours away.

Other Items

The following items can be requested in resort and are payable locally – central heating (if required), maid service, personal cook, first shopping service (hourly rate plus the cost of the groceries). The housekeeper of the villa will be happy to provide a food pack for you upon arrival, the price will be the hourly cost of the maid to do the shopping, plus the receipt for the groceries. Please advise us of the list of groceries you would like to have when you arrive.

This property has a breakage deposit of 250 Euros which must be paid in cash to the villa owner upon arrival.

Please note- There is a local tourist tax for villas and apartments, the cost is 2.00 Euro per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights and it is payable locally, the charge is applicable to all guests aged 14 years and over.
