Villa Campana belongs to a working winery (the organic production of Chianti Classico wines) and is located within walking distance of the historical town of Panzano in Chianti.

It sleeps 9 (+1) persons and offers exceptional views onto the village of Panzano, surrounded by its own organic vineyards and organic olive groves which can be admired while sitting and contemplating at one of the several terraces of the villa.

With wi-fi internet, satellite TV, CD player and air conditioning in the Master bedroom. Pool towels and a hair dryer are provided for your convenience. Mosquito screens at the bedroom windows.

Included in the rental rate- Electricity, cooking gas, water, use of swimming pool, two intermediate cleanings of about 2 hours each, final cleaning service, wi-fi Internet, Air Conditioning in the master bedroom, use of the electric sauna, pool towels, bathroom towels with mid week change, linen with weekly change, baby bed upon request.

The following items can be requested and are paid for locally- Heating, fire wood, telephone for local calls only, pool gas heating (upon request), dinners upon request, breakfast service upon request, baby sitting upon request, additional maid service is 12 Euro per hour.

The breakage deposit for this villa is 800 Euro, which is to be paid pre-departure by credit card. The housekeeper of the villa will be happy to provide a foodpack for you upon arrival, the price will be the hourly cost of the maid to do the shopping, plus the receipt for the groceries. Please advise us of the list of groceries you would like to have when you arrive.

There is a local tourist tax for villas in the district of Panzano and Greve, the cost is 2.00 Euro per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights and it is payable locally, the charge is applicable to all guests aged 14 years and over.
