Overview

This elegant villa belongs to an organic boutique winery, but it is not affected at all by the works at the estate and a wine tasting and tour is included in the rental price.

The main villa is for 8 persons and a separate dependance is for a further 2 persons, 10 persons total (note - smaller party sizes, of 4 & 6 persons, staying in the villa, available on request, preferred bedrooms in the villa can be chosen on arrival).

The contemporary features and selected furniture assure a fine experience at a stylish property in the heart of the picturesque Chianti area, providing privacy, tranquility, and a peaceful setting in an unspoilt area of Tuscany.

Living Areas

Villa;

Ground floor - Bright and elegant sitting area, spacious living room with satellite tv, fireplace and exit to the garden. Kitchen with oven, double refrigerator / freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, good selection of pots, dishes, glasses etc., toaster, tea kettle, coffee maker, microwave. Dining area off the kitchen. Laundry room with washing machine.

Dependance;

First floor - Living room with convertible sofa bed, kitchen with dining area and fireplace, exit to the garden and terrace.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Villa;

All bedrooms can be prepared as doubles and as twins. All have air conditioning.

There is one double/twin bedroom on the ground floor with en-suite shower room.

There are three remaining double/twin bedrooms on the first floor, one bedroom with en-suite shower room and the remaining two bedrooms sharing a bathroom with shower

Dependance;

INCLUDED - Cooking gas, electricity, water, use of heated swimming pool, towels with change twice a week, bed linen with change once a week, mid-week cleaning of four hours / week, final cleaning, electricity, WIFI, use of BBQ, first supply of kitchen products e.g. scottex, paper napkins, detersive for dishwasher etc., complementary tour and tasting at the winery.

Please note- There is a local tourist tax for villas and apartments, the cost is 3.00 Euro per person per night for a maximum of 7 nights and it is payable locally, the charge is applicable to all guests aged 14 years and over.
