Villa Daffodil is a delightful and contemporary four bedroom villa built on three levels and located in the prestigious resort of Encosta do Lago, which is situated in Quinta do Lago- one of the most exclusive golf resorts in Europe. Encosta do Lago is the perfect family holiday destination, situated close to the golden sandy beaches of the Ria Formosa Natural Reserve and just 5 minutes walk from the Quinta do Lago lake, where there is a renowned restaurant and the watersports centre. Included in the rental rate is Wi-fi Internet connection and the central air conditioning system throughout with individual room controls. All four bedrooms have en suite bathrooms.

Living Areas

The bright open plan lounge and dining area has a dining table with seating for eight persons; a flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including English language channels BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports; ample comfortable seating and a separate reading area. Double patio doors open onto the balcony overlooking the pool.

The well equipped kitchen with central island and four breakfast stools has appliances including an American fridge freezer with an ice maker and crusher; microwave; electric oven and four gas hobs; sandwich toaster; dishwasher; juicer; extractor; toaster; washing machine; filter coffee machine and a kettle. Patio doors open onto a terrace with 15 steps leading directly down to the pool. There is a separate door to a clothes drying area and also there is a guest cloakroom on this level.

Downstairs you will find a large poolside sun room/kitchenette which includes an electric oven, juicer, toaster, coffee filter machine, kettle, fridge freezer and a extra fridge for drinks There is split unit air conditioning, a comfy L shaped sofa, flat screen TV showing a wide range of cable channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports and BT Sports and a large dining table seating eight persons. Full length glass patio doors lead directly to the poolside terrace. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedroom one is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, a/c and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto a balcony overlooking the pool. Bedroom two is double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, a/c and an en suite bathroom. Patio doors open onto the terrace with two sunbeds.

Bedroom three is the master double room with fitted wardrobes, a safe, a/c and an en suite full bathroom with double vanities and a separate shower. Patio doors open onto a Juliet balcony. Bedroom four is a twin room with fitted wardrobes, a/c and an en suite shower room. Patio doors open onto a private balcony.

Outside Space

The pool measures approximately 9m x 4.5m and can be heated for an extra weekly supplement. The poolside terrace is spacious with plenty of sun loungers to enjoy the Algarve sunshine, a gas BBQ for al-fresco dining and a table tennis table for family tournaments. There is also an outside shower. Steps lead up to the ground floor terrace and through to the parking area with off road parking for three cars.

Location

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre where you will find designer boutiques and eateries. The airport at Faro is only a 25 minute drive away.

Encosta do Lago is located just 5 minutes walk from the Quinta do Lago lake where there is a restaurant and a water sports centre, and the beach is a 20 minute walk away. All within close driving distance are a selection of internationally renowned golf courses- Laranjal, Quinta do Lago North and South, San Lorenzo and Pinheiros Altos.

Rates include a maid cleaning service 3 x per week; bathroom towels (changed midweek and weekly) and bedroom linen (changed weekly). A hairdryer and pool towels are provided for guests use.
