One of the highlights is the library, a semi-open space with vaulted ceilings and arched entrances. Featuring a wood-burning stove, this cosy nook is perfect for reading, watching TV, or browsing the internet. The Smart TV offers a wide range of UK and international IPTV channels, including BBC, ITV, and Sky Sports, and also supports streaming platforms such as Netflix and Amazon Prime, please bring your own login credentials.
The library opens into a generous living and dining area, comfortably accommodating twelve guests. Adjacent is a fully equipped American-style kitchen with a large double oven, combi-microwave, Teppanyaki griddle hotplate, five-burner gas hob, and a Whirlpool two-drawer pull-out fridge with an integrated ice maker. The central island doubles as a breakfast bar, creating a seamless transition into the dining space. A Nespresso machine and two pull-out larders are also provided.
Beyond the kitchen lies a pantry, accessed through swinging saloon doors, housing an American-style fridge-freezer, a second sink, dishwasher, and additional storage. The main house features four uniquely designed en-suite bedrooms. On the ground floor, Bedroom One, known as the Coral Cloister suite, offers a king-size bed (190cm x 190cm), en-suite shower room, air conditioning, ceiling fan, and direct access to the west terrace and gardens.
Bedroom Two, the Cottage Garden suite, is a spacious twin room (90cm x 200cm) with an en-suite shower room. This quiet, comfortable space opens onto the central courtyard and features both air conditioning and a ceiling fan.
Bedroom Three, the Yellow Veranda suite, includes a queen-size bed (180cm x 200cm), which can be arranged as twins upon request. Upstairs, Bedroom Four is the master suite, accessed via a staircase and a large dressing room that opens onto a charming Juliet balcony. The Cottage Ria suite features a king-size bed (190cm x 190cm), an en-suite bathroom with a bath and shower, and direct access to the patio. The second bedroom, the Garden Suite, includes three single beds (90cm x 200cm), which can be arranged as a double and a single, plus an en-suite shower room and access to the private garden. Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and fitted with ceiling fans.
The extensive gardens are beautifully maintained and centred around a 14m x 6m saltwater swimming pool, complete with an integrated electric cover. The surrounding pool terrace is furnished with twelve sun loungers, and the property offers various outdoor activities including table tennis, a football practice net with balls, tennis rackets, a croquet set, pétanque, surf body boards with fins, and four bicycles with helmets.
A spacious outdoor social area features a fire pit, large gas grill, charcoal BBQ, and a pizza oven. There’s also an outdoor food prep area with a dishwasher, fridge, and sink. The villa’s forecourt provides ample parking, secured by electric entry gates.
The nearest town, Fuzeta, is just 4km away and features a charming harbour with ferry and taxi boat access to nearby sandy islands. Olhão, known for its vibrant fish market and excellent restaurants, is equally close. The scenic boardwalk between Fuzeta and Olhão lies just 1km from the property. Faro airport is conveniently located just over 20km away.
Despite its private and peaceful setting, the villa is close to essential amenities, and a couple of local bar-restaurants are within walking distance.
Rental rates include maid service three times a week, with weekly towel and linen changes. Pool and beach towels are provided. Guests have access to two wood-burning fireplaces, a safe, hairdryers, and two Bluetooth speakers. Two cots with linen and one highchair are available free of charge upon prior request.
Prices quoted are per villa per week. Please note where your holiday dates cross multiple price bands the total holiday price is calculated per day per price band.
The rates quoted for 2026 bookings are based on 2025 rates and are subject to final confirmation around Oct / Nov 2025 (but could be later) when contracts are signed.
