Casa Vouga's location makes it a fantastic choice being only a 10 minute walk to The Campus sports centre and a short drive from some of Quinta do Lago’s most sought after attractions, including the laid back Shack beach bar, Quinta do Lago Lake, the golden sands of Quinta do Lago Beach, and a superb selection of acclaimed restaurants such as Casa do Lago, Umami, and Bovino.
Fibre optic Wi-Fi internet and centralised ducted air conditioning throughout, with individual room controls, are included in the rental rate.
As you step into Casa Vouga, you are immediately greeted by an impressive spiral staircase that sets the tone for the stylish spaces beyond. This leads through to the bright, open plan lounge and dining area, thoughtfully designed for relaxation. The lounge is comfortably furnished with generous sofa and armchair seating, a flat-screen Smart TV offering a wide range of English-language channels including BBC, ITV, Sky Sports, and TNT Sports (guests are welcome to log in to their own Netflix, Amazon Prime, and other streaming services). The adjacent dining area features a table with seating for ten guests. Large patio doors open out onto the garden and swimming pool, creating an easy flow between indoor and outdoor living.
The large modern kitchen complete with a table and bench seating is well equipped with all the appliances you'll need during your stay including 2 fridge freezers, Kenwood mixer, Moulinex blender, Gaggenau electric oven & microwave, a toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, juicer, a dishwasher and a central island with four electric hobs, an extractor, a breakfast bar & three accompanying stools. Patio doors lead to the poolside. Just off the kitchen is the utility room, which houses the Miele washing machine and Miele tumble dryer, iron & ironing board. There is also a guest cloakroom on this level.
On the lower level of the villa, you’ll find a dedicated entertainment and wellness zone designed for relaxation and fun. The wellness area features both a sauna and a steam room, alongside a fully equipped gym with a seated leg press, free weights, a cross trainer, an exercise bike, and a rowing machine. A guest shower with a heated towel rail is also conveniently located on this level.
For leisure time, there is a soundproofed cinema room with nine comfortable seats, offering streaming services including Apple TV and Netflix. You’ll also find a fully equipped bar with two fridges, a dishwasher, microwave, and sink, as well as a pool table and table tennis table. With something for everyone, this level is perfect for unwinding and staying entertained throughout your stay. There is also a quiet seating area with a large L-shaped sofa, making it the ideal spot to unwind with a good book.
Bedrooms one and two are located on the ground floor. Bedroom one is a twin room which can be prepared as a double upon prior request, an en suite shower room with double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors lead to the garden and pool. Bedroom two is a double room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite full bathroom with a free-standing bath tub & double vanities. Patio doors lead to the pool.
Stairs lead up to bedrooms three, four, and five. Bedroom three is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite shower room with double vanities and a heated towel rail. Patio doors open onto the shared balcony, overlooking the pool. Bedroom four is a twin room with fitted wardrobes and an en suite full bathroom with a free-standing bathtub, a walk-in shower, and double vanities. Patio doors open onto the shared balcony. Bedroom five is the master double suite with fitted wardrobes, electric curtains, and dimmer light. The bathroom is open plan to the bedroom and includes a free-standing bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity units. Patio doors open onto a huge balcony with golf course views.
The large private garden is laid to lawn and surrounded by mature trees, shrubs, and colourful planting, creating a peaceful and private setting. A full-size grass floodlit tennis court can also be adapted into a football pitch, making it ideal for sporty members of the group (racquets and balls are provided).
For those who enjoy cooking outdoors, the villa offers a well equipped outdoor kitchen area with a Beefeater gas BBQ, food preparation counter, and a sink. Al fresco meals can be enjoyed at the outdoor dining table and chairs.
The private swimming pool measures approximately 17m x 8m and features steps for easy access. The pool can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. Surrounding the pool, you’ll find ample sun loungers, along with two additional day beds. Shaded seating areas with comfortable sofas and chairs provide the perfect spot to relax with a good book and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.
Casa Vouga is located in the Monte Golfe area of Quinta do Lago, one of the most exclusive areas of the Algarve, and perfect for both golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and only a few minutes' drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches are many other facilities, such as horse riding, wind surfing, and sailing. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre and Bougainvillea Plaza where you will find boutique shops, restaurants, bars, banks, and a supermarket, and even closer to Casa Vouga is the Pure café on roundabout two.
Rates include a maid cleaning service Mon - Fri with a mid-week bathroom towel change and a weekly bed linen & bathroom towel change. Pool towels, hairdryers, and a safe are provided for your convenience.
Please note that a villa is under construction on a neighbouring plot to Casa Vouga, however noisy building work is not permitted during the peak season months of July and August in the touristic resort of Quinta do Lago.
There is a local tourist tax for all visitors to Quinta do Lago.

This tax is payable by the visitor, however it is collected by Sun-hat Villas & Resorts with the final accommodation balance and passed by our local agents to the local authorities.
