Overview

Villa Susana is premium quality five bedroom villa that sleeps up to 11 persons and features a swimming pool that can be heated if required and golf course views on an extensive and private plot. With wi-fi internet and air conditioning throughout, which are included in the rental rates. Also with electric shutters throughout and the villa stairwells protected by built-in stair gates.

Living Areas

The kitchen is open plan to the air conditioned dining area, with patio doors also leading to the BBQ terrace. The kitchen appliances include an oven, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric hobs, extractor and dishwasher. The living room is next to the dining area and is comfortably furnished, with a TV with a wide range of English language cable channels, including BBC, ITV and Sky Sports and a DVD player. Double patio doors lead directly to the poolside terraces.

On the lower level of the villa is a large air conditioned TV room with TV and DVD player and also the utility room is on this level, complete with washing machine, tumble dryer, iron & ironing board.

Bedrooms and bathrooms

Bedrooms one and two are on the ground floor of the villa - bedroom one is a twin bedroom(can be made up as a double on request) with split a/c and an en suite with shower; bedroom two has a double bed, split unit a/c, an en suite bathroom and doors to the poolside terrace.

Bedrooms three and four are on the first floor of the villa. Bedroom three has a double bed, split unit a/c, an en suite with bath, separate shower unit and double vanities and doors to the first floor terrace. Bedroom four is a triple room with 3 single beds, split unit a/c, an en suite with bath and shower unit and doors leading to the first floor terrace with golf views.

Bedroom five is a twin bedroom(can be made up as a double on request) situated on the lower level of the villa with split unit a/c and adjacent shower room.

Outside Space

There is plenty of space for parking on the villa forecourt, protected by the electric entry gates. The villa's private swimming pool measures 11 x 5.5 metres, it has an electric pool cover and it can be heated for a weekly supplemental charge. Golf views of the 9th hole on the Quinta do Lago course can be enjoyed from the poolside terraces, furnished with 10 sun loungers. BBQs can be cooked on the integrated gas Beefeater BBQ and enjoyed on the exterior dining table and chairs.

Location

Quinta do Lago is the most exclusive area of the Algarve and is perfect for golfing and family holidays. Situated amongst championship golf courses and with a few minutes drive to a wide choice of beautiful beaches. Many of the finest restaurants in the Algarve are on your doorstep, as is the fashionable Quinta shopping centre.

Vila Susana is located within walking distance of the Pure Boutique Cafe. The fashionable Quinta shopping complex is also close by.

Rates include a maid cleaning service Mon-Fri. Towels are changed midweek and weekly; linen is changed weekly. Pool towels, hairdryers and a safe are provided for your convenience.
